I set everything up online for a deep clean and was very pleased with the ease and polite service. That’s were everything went down hill. I had to pay ahead of time and they charged my card after I was assured by Revive that if I was not happy with the service they would do it again. Well the day of the 2 hour window service came and went. I called the office numerous for over an hour before I got a response. The response was that the cleaners car broke down and they would be there within the hour. 2 hours later still no cleaners and no one is answering the phone. Finally someone answers and is very apologetic and reschedules for the next AM. WINDOW CAME AND WENT WITH ME CALLING NON STOP. Still no answer and no service. I called another company and they were at my house within the hour. FINALLY got someone to answer and they said yeah they didn’t have anyone come in to work today. When I asked why they didn’t call they just apologized. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no one available. I told her I wanted my money back and she said she would process it and send me a confirmation email. Next day still no email 3 days later and many phone calls I got a confirmation email saying I would be reimbursed within 7 day and that I had a free service. 4 weeks later and 25 phone called still no reimbursement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE!!!! I can comment on their clean BECAUSE NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!!!!

BEWARE of REVIVE CLEANING!!! I normally always like to give my money to small businesses or family run but I WILL DEFINITELY go with a big box cleaning company in the future. I knew it was strange I had to pay upfront in full for the service at time of booking but went with it. I scheduled a deep clean for my new home move in ($250). I waited 3 hrs for the crew to show up and when the supervisor finally answered my phone call; he said they were still 45 min - 1 hour out. I couldn't wait any longer as I had movers coming to my apt and asked to cancel my service; I was stressed. The supervisor apologized and talked me into rebooking a future date and he would credit me back half the amount; this is the only reason I agreed. As of today 8/29/17; I still have not received my promised $125; did I mention my cleaning was July 9th?! I have called weekly to check on my refund but I kept getting excuses about their PayPal clearing house but then was promised the funds would be in my account two weeks ago. Since the supervisor never called me; I was forced to deal with a VERY RUDE young lady who always took my call. Back around the end of July, I called to ask about the status and explained what happened on move in day; she told me "Well, that's just life sometimes". If I told my customers that I would not have a job! I have been very understanding, keeping cool and have been patient until one week ago when SHE LAUGHED at me while I was telling her I was upset about their customer service and how long the funds were taking. She then said, "Well you got your cleaning didn't you"?! That was NOT the point; this was a make good situation because it was their error not mine but her evident lack of respect for her customers and for her family's company is tragic.

At the time of booking (based on reviews I read on yelp), I told them that I was uncomfortable putting down the full price for the cleaning as a deposit and they assured me that when the cleaners were done, we would review their work and they would address anything they missed or things I was not happy with. They arrived 1.5 hours late (outside of the 2 hour arrival window they gave me) so they didn't get started on my house until around 8pm. The dispatcher let me know at 11 that they would be done in 30 minutes. I arrived at 11:15 and the cleaning crew had left. The floors were not cleaned well, the insides of the drawers were not cleaned as discussed and it looked like a high level cleaning had been done instead of a move in deep clean. I did not hear back from the service when I texted the next day to complain. I texted them yesterday for a partial refund (which is 3 weeks later ... have been very busy) and I stil have not received a response. I will continue to call them until I get at least half of my money refunded but based on other posts here, doesn't sound like that is going to happen. Would not recommend Revive to my friends in the future.

My need was for a move-out clean for a tenant that left without cleaning the house. This was a seamless easy process from putting my order in online to getting a quote and paying by credit card online. The team that showed up was very friendly and they had good attention to detail. The price was very reasonable and Caesar and his crew did a fabulous job. The turnaround to get someone out to the house was very quick but they spent as much time as they needed on the job to get it done according to the agreed upon items to be cleaned. When I have need for cleaning in the future, I will use Revive again.

Alan is the nicest guy and did an excellent job on my upholstery! I had a sectional sofa with pet odors and he was able to come out early in the morning to take care of it. He is super friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend him!

Got the all the carpets in the house clean , mugs and even the sofas. After Alan was done I was amazed by the work he had done. Very nice guy and very professional. His prices are good for the work he does and I will be using him in the future for sure.

Alan did an AMAZING job on our carpet & dining room chairs! We have used a couple different carpet cleaning services in the past, but Alan by far is the best! Our dining room chairs had a couple stains on them (from kids) that we haven't been able to completely get out, but Alan did! They look brand new! He was kind, professional, & prompt. He explained the whole process to us & made us feel very comfortable. Not to mention, he was very reasonable priced. I HIGHLY recommend him! We will definitely be using him again!
