Just Ducky is amazing. Small company with no mess ever too big to tackle. I use them all the time in Portland Oregon, great rates top notch service. They are so good I referred them to my employer and they now clean our facilities.

I think they’re a little expensive, but I’m not sure if I could find a better rate elsewhere. I will say they’re very timely and do a good job with the cleaning, though. Scheduling is straightforward, too. I’ll stay with them for the moment.

I should charge them with theft. When I called to complain, I was given excuses. I sent them an email with pictures of dusty cabinets, unwashed windows, and other items. I was told they would return the next day to power wash the house again and clean the exterior windows. That was more than a week ago.

Our experience has been good. We have used them again since the initially big deal. There are two or sometimes three people here doing the work. They have always been very professional and courteous. They are also very quick to get the job done. The last time we had an appointment schedule, we called to confirm and they did not have the appointment in the books. Hopefully, it was just a one time occurrence.

They came right on time and went right to work. They were polite and professional. Their cleaning was good to very good. They missed a few places here and there that rather surprised me as they were pretty obvious places to clean, eg. the TV and shelves around it, top of bookcase that is right at eye level, side of end table that had some big cobwebs on it. Other places they did a great job, eg., cleaning a vase of silk flowers so that they looked brand new and the bathroom counters fairly gleamed. Overall I was pleased and would use them again.

Absolutely the worst company I've dealt with in years. Rude upon initial contact and even more rude when we had to cancel our home cleaning appointment.

Now they are ignoring me and will not send a refund.

1 Star for price . 1 Star for Communication. 1 star for promptness. 1 star for accommodating me. 1 star for doing a great job. I was not home during the actual cleaning, but I received a text message when the crew was on the way and when they arrived. I left a note explaining that I wanted to make sure the blinds and baseboards where cleaned along with the other things that where included in the deep cleaning, to my surprise, when I came home my home smelled and looked amazing. They even folded cloths that where left out and organized shoes in my closet. I'm very happy with the service and will be using again.

I had another service cancel on me, so I called up revive and schedule am appointment. They said they could do it on Monday, which was memorial day, so I reminded them that it was memorial day and confirmed that it would be alright. They told me that absolutely was no problem at all, they would be there between 12-2pm on Monday. The money was taken out of my account the next day, which I didn't mind because I assumed they would be by to clean monday. I got home at 6pm and no one has been to the house. I called and got a voicemail. No one called me to tell me they wouldn't be by and I turned down the first company who canceled on me because I believed they would be here to clean. This is a major lack of professionalism. We'll see how they respond, but at the moment I'm very dissappointed and angry.

Purchased a deep spring cleaning deal from Groupon for $179. Scheduling was easy. The 2 ladies showed up on time and did an amazing job . They delivered the service as advertised in the deal and even did a few extra things that I requested like organizing my closet and folding and hanging some cloths that I had laying around. There was no upsale and there wasn't any complaining from the ladies. Definitely a first class service and I will be using again.

Revive did a make ready and carpet cleaning service on one of our rental properties. Scheduling was easy , communication was great from initial contact and throughout the whole process . I paid for service online through pay pal and no issues with paying in advance for services. The ladies did an amazing job and the carpet tech was awesome as well. I would definitely recommend Revive.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I live in Dallas and booked this company in advance, and paid in advance. I even paid extra for weekend service. I sent an e-mail message in advance of my service date, asking for a time range in which the cleaning company would arrive on Saturday. I received no response. I then called the day before to inquire as to when I could expect them to arrive. They gave me a two hour window. I then made arrangements for my husband to be at home for them. They NEVER arrived and NEVER contacted us. When we tried to contact them, we could not reach a single person. We NEVER heard from them. When I called the next business day, I was told they were likely overbooked on the day they were supposed to provide me service, and couldn't make it. I was then told it would take approximately 7-10 days to process a refund. I was also told that a supervisor was not available to speak with me. I will NEVER use this company again.

Extremely poor customer service.

Made an appointment for a Saturday cleaning and no one bothered to show up or call to cancel. After wasting my morning waiting for the cleaning team, I called Revive Cleaning to find out what the issue was and no one answered the phone ( during posted business hours). Miraculously my credit card was still charged (imagine that!). When I called the next business day and explained what happened, the person I spoke with offered no apology and made no effort to try and reschedule. She simply stated she would forward my refund request to the manager. It is 5 days later and I am still awaiting my refund. Avoid this company, there are many other reputable cleaning services from which to choose.
