The cleaning technician was super nice and cheerful. I was very picky about getting the smell out of the stain and he went over it several times to my satisfaction. He did an amazing job.

Honest company Gaston Rug Cleaning was highly recommended to me by several friends when I needed my area rugs cleaned in my house. I'm glad to see people are writing good things about them. I can't say enough how greatful I am to have found an honest company.

This company is a joke. Avoid at all costs... too many other options.

If you care, here's the boring stuff: the telephone number they put on my appointment was not mine (not a typo, just the wrong number all together), so when the technician couldn't get ahold of me, he moved on. Dispatch never bothered to call on his behalf. Then when I finally called them, dispatch said it would be 5pm. Then I rearranged my day to be available at 5pm, but the tech called at 1pm saying he was ready. I couldn't be there, blah blah blah... To add further complications, you'll miss a dispatch call because the number comes across listed as a telemarketer?! Then the woman argued with me about how this was all my fault and offered zero attempt at rectifying the situation.

I'm glad I cleared out half my house into the other half of my house just to leave it this way for how many days until I can get someone else to come.

The tech was very professional and friendly, he even gave me some tips on how to maintain my carpet clean as I am a new first time home owner. I will be calling him again to do my carpets end of year! Thanks, I appreciate it!

I booked a cleaning with this company after seeing all 5 star reviews and having good reviews of their service. It was easy to book and they scheduled for a time that worked, but when it came to time for them to arrive they no-call no-showed and it took me 3 calls and 3 hours later to have them finally say they would have to call back and reschedule due to a vehicle breaking down. The service I had didn’t match their other reviews. Vehicles break down and accidents happen, but no one stayed in contact. Hopefully I’m an outlier, but I did not have a good experience with their service.

We have been using the Maids in Rockwall for almost a year on a bi-weekly basis. We have had a magnificent experience. A team of 3 or 4 professionals arrive at the promised day and time. They thoroughly clean, mop, vacuum, scrub and dust the house top to bottom every time. They do extras too. It’s a pleasure supporting such a top notch group! Highly recommend them!! The cost is low, but the quality is high!
