Had a great experience with Oriental Rug cleaning. My rugs are pristine! They knocked out a couple of stains that have been around for years. They also finished before the date they quoted me, which was a nice surprise.

I recently acquired a collection of oriental rugs and selected this business for cleaning and to have new rug pads cut. I was in the process of relocating, so they kindly picked up my rugs, serviced them, and then held the delivery for 30 days until I was in my new home, which was a great convenience to me. One rug was in bad shape with pet stains, significant wear and tear, and hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years. This company made it like new! The young men that delivered my clean rugs were efficient, courteous, and ensured all the work was to my satisfaction before taking payment and making their way to their next delivery. I highly recommend this business if you value excellent, personable, and prompt customer service; they will bring new life to old things and do it with a smile.

A team of friendly experts meet you at the door and while some are measuring the others are giving you details of options and a very reasonable quote!!! The cleaned rugs look like they are brand new. This was the easiest, most professional, quickest service I’ve ever had.

I found this business by reading reviews and understand now why they get such good reviews!! We have very old Persian rugs that hadn’t been cleaned in years.They picked them up, did an amazing job of cleaning them and returned them exactly as they promised. I love supporting family businesses. My rugs are so much more vibrant and softer. I had one rug with dog chew damage and they trimmed it, repaired it and it looks brand new. I highly recommend this business!

I have had three large area rugs cleaned by Oriental Rug over the last few years and have been extremely pleased each time. Two are wool handmade hand carved fringed rugs and the third is a synthetic. They did a great job on all. The staff is friendly, professional and very accommodating. They offer pick up and delivery for a modest $25 and that crew is awesome. I highly recommend Oriental Rug for rug cleaning and will definitely use them again.

This was my first time to have oriental rugs cleaned. The guys came for pick up and thoroughly explained the process and also told me all about the type of Persian rugs I had. While in for cleaning, they recommended some repairs and to use some pads underneath on my hardwood floors. The rugs were returned in beautiful clean condition and set down quickly and nicely. Definitely a great service provider I would unhesitatingly recommend to anyone.

This company does a complete and thorough job of rug cleaning, from pickup to delivery. All costs are laid out in detail, and the workmanship is excellent. Our 11 rugs of various sizes came back clean and bright, and repairs we requested were very well done. We’ve used other companies before, but this is the best.

Fantastic!!! I so wish I had taken a picture of my needlepoint rug before I brought it to ORC in Dallas. It’s SO beautiful…like new! The colors are now so vibrant! Owners were very kind, discussed pricing and options if needed. This is the only place I will ever turn to for exceptional work!!!

I have a large and old rug. They took a while but it came out great. They had a lot to do.They moved furniture around and did a great job picking it up and putting it back down. It looks as good as when I bought it. Rips were repaired, patches put in place, and I could not recommend them more.

I had spilled a large Diet Coke on our new rug. I called Oriental Rug Cleaning and they picked up the rug the next day. It took less than two weeks for cleaning. The cleaned rug was delivered and it looks brand new. The pick up and delivery guys were great. They took care of moving the furniture off the rug to take it and put the rug back under the furniture when it was delivered. This is the second time I have used Oriental Rug Cleaning and I highly recommend!

I just had a wonderful experience with Oriental Rug cleaning located on Ross Ave near downtown Dallas. They cleaned and repaired an old 10' x 13' persian rug for me and also prepared the rug pad. I had purchased a rug on Facebook marketplace and it was dirty and mistreated. Now thanks to Oriental Rug Cleaning Co we have a beautiful treasure to enjoy every day in the living room. Thank you!!

Our carpets are very precious to us because we purchased them during our Air Force assignment in Saudi Arabia back in the early 90s.
We needed a couple of them repaired and all of them cleaned. I can’t say enough about how well they do their job, just amazing! I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the Dallas area after discovering this place!!
They’re so friendly and reasonably priced!
They were very patient with us picking our carpets up because we live out in Wichita Falls.
We’ll definitely be back because we still have more carpets that need cleaning!
