Sandra and her team are wonderful! We had our previous maid for 10 years and interviewed several people to replace her and thought no one could fill her shoes. Then xact came along and we are thrilled we found them. They are also very caring people. We have littles at our home and they have even helped us change a diaper! They show up on time and pleasant. When they leave I would have no problem eating a fried egg off of any horizontal surface. It’s spotlessly clean. And it smells really good. And they make my bed like an Army private. It’s one luxury that is truly worth it.

Ana and Jobeybi clean our house bi-weekly and they do an amazing job! Additionally, they always show up at 8:00 a.m. when their range is 8:00-10:00 AM. It is nice knowing when they will be to your house without having to ever inquire.

Sandra and her team are EXCELLENT and do not leave until the job is done! I hired Sandra’s Team to do a deep clean on a new 2 bedroom listing that I have coming - these women stayed for 7 hours (equal to 14 hours with the two women)! We did not anticipate for the home to take this long, but X-Act was committed to getting the home sparkling! No words - just INCREDIBLE!

I moved to X-Act after working with another cleaning service for over 6 months. Sandra came and did a walk through I told her about the past service and she was kind enough to say that what I was looking for was easy. She said I would be very pleased with the service they would give and she was 100% correct. From the very start our four kids who range in age from 15 to 22 and have been home due to Covid19 said they could see the difference right away. When they left the first time our home was amazing and I knew they would be awesome. She has been very flexible and I like the automated system for payment. She texted me with any questions and the cleaners themselves are very detailed and quiet they just come in and get to work. I appreciate the service and was extremely happy. I will continue to use them.

*I am adding additional information to this review.Sandra and her team came to do a deep cleaning after we've taken a break from a routine cleaning. I needed in a really quick turnaround and she was great and getting her team out here and getting them going because of this I want to turn my four star into a five-star. I'm also considering bringing them back in January for an every week cleaning because our house just is so much better with them on top of our cleaning.
