I was originally quoted $80 over the phone, but once the technician arrived, the price suddenly increased to $150 for a very small area that took less than 10 minutes to clean. Communication was poor throughout the process. This cleaning was done at one of our customer’s homes due to dirt we left behind, so I wasn't there in person. The technician later sent me photos claiming everything was spotless, but he never disclosed that he left a spot behind until after payment. That information was withheld to secure his payment, which I find dishonest. Overall, this was not the most professional carpet cleaning company I’ve worked with — I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere.

eric came and cleaned our carpets and sealed the kitchen tiles for us. he did an excellent job. recently, our dog had an accident on one of the carpets. we tried to clean most of it ourselves, but then called eric, and he was able to fit us in quickly. he let us know that sometimes a stain can come back after drying, and if that happened, we should just call him and he would come back to re-treat it for free. eric kept his promise and returned to treat the spot with a stronger solution, and the stain disappeared! we highly recommend finest dallas carpet cleaning. eric is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to!
