On the first appointment he showed up with his small kids in 110 degree weather. Rushed through the job and left the chairs smelling BAD.
Agreed to return and do an oder removal treatment. Did not show as agreed. We rescheduled and no show for the second date. I lost two days of work waiting for this guy. I don’t know who wrote the previous reviews but things have drastically changed. Save your money and time. Skip this guy.

This gentleman was two hours late. When he washed my carpet nothing was soaked up. Take it my carpets were dirty. He offered to comeback and try it again he had me wait over 3 hours and he never showed up. I had to rent my own carpet cleaning equipment and do it myself. Waste of money and time.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service received. The representative was kind and answered all of my concerns. My carpet was awful from drink, food, pet stains and Lord knows what else. I was considering having them ripped up and getting new carpet installed but Wolfsteam brought my carpet back to life for a fraction of the price I received from the other guys. I will be using them again.
