Booked a carpet cleaning for a move out 3 weeks in advance . We were quoted $109.00 to steam clean 3 rooms. No Pets / Non smoking home. Technician was 30 mins late to the appt and upped the quote to $275.00 . His reasoning was due to the fact we live on the 3rd floor. In my quote I was asked if the address is was given was a home or apartment and we gave our apartment name. I called the company to verify the reason for the upcharge and was told a manger would call me me back . 2 weeks later still no call back . Not sure if the Tech has authority to determine additional charges but we decided on another company . Would not recommend this business
