I’m very happy with my house cleaning by The Cleaning Authority Dallas .Yaremj and Lidia did a great job this week with our home. Gabriela and Sebastian made setting up my account easy thanks for your communication and professionalism.

We advised them during the pre-call that whatever team that sent over to conduct our initial deep cleaning, needed to be the team they would use for us. They expressed that they understood. The first team they sent was perfect. When it was time for our monthly cleaning, time passed beyond 30 days and we had to call them, but again we all agreed to clean us monthly. FIRST Red Flag! Secondly, they make it a habit in scheduling you a day before the cleaning or simply not even bothering to share the time, until you call the day of inquiring. SECOND Red Flag! On the second clean, guess what???? Different cleaning crew! THIRD Red Flag. Okay so I allowed them to clean and generally go to the club house while they are cleaning. Well after 2 hours passed I called the office and was told that the cleaners left approximately 30 minutes ago. You have got to be kidding me. The left and simply left my door unlocked in a Dallas 400 unit city complex. Really? FOURTH Red Flag. House was clean, so I decided to stay onboard. Next cleaning...again I am suppose to be on a monthly scheduled cleaning but no one from the company has ever reached out proactively. So I call them and express that I've had two different teams in my home and that I did not want all of these different people freely in my home, as I wanted to trust them and just let them be, but the cleaners kept changing. They finally said I couldn't have the original team, because they were Team #7 and the Quality Check team, not regular cleaners. They then expressed the last group was Team #4. FIFTH Red Flag. Can anyone tell me why this time around I requested for them to pickup the key from the Leasing Office, because again they had not properly advised of the time. Well, when I returned, my house was not cleaned properly and this was Team #3 based on the paperwork they left. They didn't properly clean the shower as the glass ledge that is oversized had soap build up. Furthermore, this long white rug in the bathroom approximately 8ft long was never vacuumed and had white large pieces of thread on it from a sewing project I was doing and I shook my clothes off on it thinking, the cleaning people are coming today. SIXTH & SEVENTH Red Flag. The offer to come out the next day or give a small credit which was under $20. Well, you lost this customer. I'm done paying top dollar for mediocre, unorganized, and overlooked cleaning process. BY THE WAY...YOUR HOUSE WON'T HAVE A CLEAN SMELL NO MATTER WHAT. Cleaning products even when requested does not have a professional grade smell to it. I wouldn't be surprised if they are buying non-professional products. Go somewhere else!

The staff are always very professional, and do a tremendous job of cleaning. This is a family business, and they excellent to work with.
I have used them both in a home and apartment setting, and when I move
again, I will be setting up service in my new location in the Metroplex.

I am very happy with the One time Only that Yexamin and Gabby (team 6) did , my house was like new, the management was very professional with the estimated hours of cleaning my home, although I must say that took time to leave my home bright again!!!

I have used The Cleaning Authority for years. Their rotational clean does a terrific job of keeping the whole house truly clean. Better than any service I have used before.

This company is a life saver! I hired this company on short notice for a deep cleaning because of an upcoming inspection. My apartment was in really bad shape and I am amazed at how good a job they did cleaning the apartment, it was like walking into a new apartment! The staff is very polite and patient and I recommend this place to anyone, if I could give 10 stars review I would.

I have never had a cleaning service and was not sure about using one. I had my first deep clean today and it was wonderful! They cleaned the grout and rock floor in the shower that plagues me. My house feels cleaner than it has over a year. It was wonderful!

I've been using the cleaning authority for over a year now. They do a great job cleaning and I appreciate how flexible they are with scheduling. I also checked a couple places before deciding on TCA and at the time this was the most reasonably priced service I found. We had Yexa, Reyna and Paola (team 5) clean our place last week and they were great! They are also very kind to my dog and don't mind him saying hi when they arrive.

I have tried a few independent housekeepers with mixed results. I wanted someone with more structure and accountability. The Cleaning Authority sent Yexamin and Gabby. They've been in my house a few times so far and I could not be happier with them and their work. They are through, consistent, courteous and thoughtful. So far it appears to be an ideal arrangement. Five stars.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for almost a year and I'm very satisfied with their service, even when they do rotate the cleaning crews on a regular basis, they still all do a pretty good job. For my last two service dates, I've had Karen and Zenia, Team 4, and they have been very efficient and thorough, leaving my place immaculately clean!

Bait and switch on their pricing. As others have said they came for a deep clean. Did a very poor job. When informed that we would not be hiring them for regular cleanings they charged us extra saying the initial quote was only if we hired them on as regulars. I have in writing their quote and I did not authorize/sign any agreement to this higher fee. They ran my credit card for the higher amount and I am now disputing with the CC company. STAY AWAY

I received a brochure in the mail and like what I saw. Went online and provided them information regarding what I needed to have cleaned. Based on the information, their system stated $125-$145, but to schedule to have someone come by and give a free estimate. It gave choices on their website. I chose that Friday. Earlier the day of the appointment, I was called asking if we could postpone for a bit, to make sure they would run late. Sure. They came as indicated and we went through the house. The new price was going to be $155 now. Not sure why, but was still ok with it. Was told they had several cancelation for the next week and would definitely be able to start our service. Was told someone would call me on Monday to get me set up in their system and scheduled for the cleaning. I got no call. Tuesday, I reached out and was told they had unexpected staffing issues and were back-logged on their callbacks. They would get me set up in the system and send me information on how to set up my account online and through their app. I would also be informed later that day on early Wednesday, when they could start service that week. I tried setting up my account online and kept getting an error message. I sent an email about, but didn't hear anything back until Wednesday, when they emailed back stating the earliest they could clean would the following Monday. That wasn't expectable, especially since I was told they had several cancelation this week and would definitely be able to start service this week. Too many red flags, one right after another. I see a lot of other reviews that state they were great. I never got that opportunity to find out.

Been using Cleaning Authority for several months now, I appreciate the regular schedule I have and the girls always do a great job. I am grateful to Maria T and Veronica for the work they do at my house. Thank you both. Also the office staff is very responsive and helpful if I get a conflict on a scheduled date.

The quality of cleaning is excellent. Their personnel is professional, friendly, and care about their clients. I have had them service my house for many years and I feel very confident that my house is secure during their visits. My house looks a great!!! Thank you Cleaning Authority of Dallas.

They have a great cleaning system starting at the top of a room, finishing with the floors using their own vacume and supplies. A team of two ladies get our house (4500 square feet) cleaned in two hours and I can leave while they are here. They don’t need any directions

We have been using the service for about 3 months now. The cleaning teams rotate but all have done a good job. The office are communicative and friendly. Last week we had team 4 - Zenia and Karen and they did a great job especially as we have guests at the moment!

We received our second of two Initial Cleanings. Marbelly, Maria, and Victoria did a fantastic job getting our home sparkling clean! We are very pleased!

Professional group of people all around. Lidia and Eva did my last cleaning and they did an amazing job. Always nice coming home to a clean home! Sebastian also does a great job communicating with me if there is anything I need to know. They've always been so flexible, accommodating, and kind! Would definitely recommend them.
