The Cleaning Authority is awesome. They arrived on time and provided excellent service. They keep you informed of any changes and they’re easy to get in touch with via text. I love the rotational cleaning services that keep my home clean at all times.

My experience with the cleaning authority could not have been better! I highly recommend them! We were getting ready to put our house on the market and needed a deep clean quickly and they accommodated all of our needs. They showed up on time and did a fabulous job!

The Cleaning Authority has been awesome! They have been cleaning my house the last two years, and love the rotational deep clean each week! Team 3 - Pamela and Yaremi are great. They get the job done thoroughly and efficiently, and go above and beyond. I am always surprised how they are able to work so fast, yet get my house spotless every time, and clean spots I forget about! I continue to recommend The Cleaning Authority to all my friends and family too. Thank you!

AMAZING Service and TEAM!!! …we had the same cleaning company for almost 10 years and decided to change - we were so lucky to find Cleaning Authority!!! Wonderful communication, incredible work and service and even a phone APP to make it so efficient and schedule! Their cleaning teams are soooooo incredible, hardworking and efficient!!! The cleaning teams do a good job but their scheduling and customer service are horrible. You can’t schedule for a specific time and it’s really difficult to get in touch with them. Also; they try and charge you for reschedules even when you let them know well in advance of their policy. I’m currently trying to cancel my recurring cleanings with them and they’re trying to charge me a fee for a clean in January 2024…six months ago!

We had Cleaning Authority come out to start a bi-monthly cleaning. Setting up with their on-line app was a bit of a pain but once done, we were able to confirm scheduling and price. Wish the online had the ability to see the two people who did clean our house.A real bonus is the cleaners are thoroughly vetted and bonded.
As for the cleaning, they did an excellent job. Once completed, they left a signed checklist as to what was accomplished so you knew what had actually been done. Really like that feature. The two people that cleaning our house spent about 2.5 hours. We thought the price was a little steep but the quality was very high. As an added unexpected service, they made "flowers out of the kleenex in the boxes, artistically folded the toilet paper ends , and the towels like one finds in a higher end hotel. Overall, we would recommend their service

Loved the clean! They cleaned things that had probably never been cleaned before and left a nice sparkling house. Definitely worth the extra price charged for the first deep clean. The team was running quite late, so it would have been nice to get a phone call with an updated arrival time (they arrived 55 minutes after the scheduled time). I get that things like cleaning appointments before mine could run late, but a courtesy call would be good. We had some minor issues that I will discuss with the manager in order to make sure we're good for next time, but they were the kinds of things one would expect as a team gets used to your house. We will be using TCA on a biweekly basis, and I look forward to coming home to the house looking like this every other week!

Zubair and his team have been wonderful. Very easy to schedule, and they are great about communicating. The cleaning has been outstanding. It’s a pleasure to deal with them.

Our first day with Cleaning Authority and it was totally awesome! They had to do a whole house clean and the women who were doing the job were such hard and dedicated workers. They stayed on task and were so professional and did a fantastic job throughout the house. Couldn’t be more pleased!!! We recommend the Cleaning Authority wholeheartedly!! A+.

The cleaning team did a great job. They were on time and worked efficiently to finish in about 2 1/2 hours. This was about half the time it takes for other companies to finish our job. They also had a great, positive attitude!

We had an excellent experience with The Cleaning Authority. They came out, took a look at our home, and gave us a reasonable price. They made every effort to get us scheduled as soon as possible as we needed the house cleaned quickly. Great communication and most importantly, I don't think our home has ever been cleaner! We would highly recommend them! Thank you very much for doing such a great job!

7/19/24 Second visit. Three ladies spent two hours working very hard making our home spotless. We are so glad we found y'all and look forward to our next visit. Our house has never been this clean. Thank you!

They always do a great job. We have a two year old and our house is very cluttered. They always go the extra mile and do sweet little finishing touches. Great attention to detail. Cleaning day is my favorite day. Even our daughter cheers when she hears the cleaners have been. 😊 We are very grateful!

Similar to other reviews, our initial two deep cleans were disappointing, requiring the crews to return and the manager to follow behind. Manager blamed scheduler instead of owning the issues. Issues with billing and original commitments on quality and performance. Response by owner was a failure to take ownership and address issues. He did offer a followup meeting although if the product/service in the first cleanings isn't good then there are no expectations for it to be improved. Keeping this simple rather providing full details. No I would not recommend.

Cleaning teams are typically good, friendly and discreet, and when there is an issue they do their best to correct it asap. My dissatisfaction is with the new owner’s lack of courtesy, his inability to address billing issues and his lack of customer service skills. We were clients for the past 5 years but with the new owner we will be taking our business elsewhere . I don’t recommend this company.

We just had our first service with TCA-Dallas today. The cleaning crew was phenomenal! A huge shout out to Marbelly and Sandra for cleaning our house so thoroughly...my wife and I were amazed at the floors, countertops, everything was shining. I don't think the house has been this clean since the day we moved in. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a clean house! We are happy to be new customers and look forward to future cleanings. Five stars!!

Juana, Frands, and Dalina cleaned our home beautifully. They were kind and made sure they work around us as we need extra care around us as we we healing from an accident.

This was our first cleaning with this company. The crew did a lovely job but arrived about an hour before the time window and caught me freshly out of the shower and undressed.
We’ll use them again and hopefully have better communication . I did notify the company of the issue but have not yet received a reply
