Very shady, possibly scammy, experience.

What was promised: A deep clean. An "inspector" checked out my home and asked our cleaning needs. I requested a deep clean and shared some specific areas: upper kitchen tiles, scrubbing of bathrooms, fridge, oven, windows, contact points, etc.. I even asked if reaching high points in the kitchen would be an issue and was told they use extension rods to reach everything. I was assured of these and also told there would be two cleaners for 3-4 hours and that the charge would be about $450 max at $55 per hour.

What happened: Four people arrived, one of whom was there to translate, and one cleaner was heavily pregnant. I went over the specifics again, was reassured again, and then the translator left. About 3 hours later, they seemed to be leaving with no notice or checklisting, so I tipped and left for an appt.

The pictures show the condition my home was left in after this "deep clean" as well as the guarantees they sent me before the cleaning. More importantly, I was charged significantly more (about $600). I called and emailed, heard nothing back till Tuesday (cleaning was on Friday), and then was told they could send the cleaners back but refused to refund any money since I'd already cleaned the neglected areas after the "deep clean".

Not sure if they are paying for reviews or what, but I'd suggest any other company. This was the most expensive and sloppiest "deep clean" I've had.

At the least, I would make sure you require your signature on the final charge BEFORE they are allowed to process it.

We have used The Cleaning Authority for about 3-4 years now. We have always had good service and reliability. The cleaning crews vary, sometimes with 2-3 people, but I think this helps the company ensure reliability. I also love that they have a rotation to deep clean certain items & areas. They even vacuum the couch and recliners! Management has changed recently, but so far, Mr Zubair the owner/manager has maintained the quality of service and he is a very nice guy. The first team that was sent out was Team 6 - Ivon and Ana- and they left the house sparkling clean! Whatever they use on the chrome faucets really makes them shine! We recommend TCA to anyone looking for a quality, reliable service.

Pictures showing how they made up bed, left toothpaste in the sinks. Very lousy job. Claimed they didn't speak English but I saw their instructions were printed in Spanish. They were instructed to focus on the laundry room; but, they did NOT EVEN GO in the laundry room. There is no way that lady passed a background check. I was told the Cleaning authority gave all their employees background checks. I believe that is a lie. If my credit card is charged I will protest. The cleaning Authority has done this too many times to me. On June 9th and May 26th, the crew did a good job. May 12th a horrible job, horrible job, but I paid anyway because there was a misunderstanding about the start time and I felt bad they had to wait so I generously paid anyway and spent time cleaning myself after they left. I will not pay this time. I was here the whole time on June 23th watching them and they didn't care. What does "hand wipe" mean? The lady yesterday used a feather duster that just stirs up dust and then it resettled. I never ask them to wash a dish, load or unload dishwasher, or wash any sheets. They did a bad job of vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms. They did not clean any ceiling fans. Absolutely 100 percent didn't handwipe doors and door frames, did not clean front of cabinets, did not touch baseboards. Window sills. Did not hand wipe kitchen furniture (bar stools) as the instructions read.
I have been having my house cleaned every 2 weeks for 25 years and this was by far the worse job I have ever seen. Read my other Google reviews. All of my Google reviews are good. The way the lady made up the bed just screams I don't care!!!

Jaki and the other team members did an excellent job cleaning my ~6000sf home on the 3rd of November 2025. Not only did they clean effectively, they added a touch of class with the way they vacuumed the velvet on all of the ottomans. You could tell they cared about what they were doing and respected the home.

I have used The Cleaning Authority (TCA) on multiple occasions for whole home deep cleaning and I have always had the best experience. I highly recommend them! Booking is a breeze and they communicate estimated time of arrival, etc. before the cleaners arrive. All of the cleaners we have had have done an outstanding job and this time Dora and Brenda did an outstanding job again! I also love that TCA does an inspection of the house before leaving to make sure everything looks great. I will continue to use TCA for my cleaning needs in the future.

Cleaning Team #4 (Marisela and Fatima) did a superb deep clean job on my home today. It feels wonderful to have each and every space in my home in its best and most beautiful condition. They were efficient, professional and cheerful throughout - worth every dollar!

Our carpets look so much fresher and brighter than we expected, and the living room smells great. Jesse was friendly and clearly cared about making sure we were satisfied with the work. The price was exactly what was quoted, with no surprises. They also took extra care to make sure we were happy before finishing up. I accidentally spilled a roller full of bright orange paint onto my brand new light gray carpet and tried for hours to clean it myself, but the stain wouldn't come out. I was really worried that I’d have to replace that part of the carpet, but I decided to call this carpet cleaning service first. Their technician, Jesse, showed up and even called ahead to see if he could come a bit earlier. He was very friendly and professional. Jesse managed to get the orange paint completely out without any trouble. I was so relieved! If you ever need carpet cleaning help, I highly recommend giving them a call and saving their number for the future.

Fantastic carpet cleaning service. We had a designer rug professionally cleaned, and I was a little worried after a past rug cleaning experience with another service did not go well. This time, the rug came back fresh, very clean, and with a pleasant clean smell. The turnaround was fast, and the whole process was smooth from pickup to delivery. They handled the rug with care, explained the cleaning steps clearly, and the customer service was excellent. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again for another oriental rug cleaning. It is great to find a carpet and rug cleaning team you can trust.

I’m very thankful for Good Day Carpet Cleaners because they are helping extend the life of my older carpet. Mitchell did an excellent job, was very friendly, and communicated clearly the whole time. I really liked that he called before arriving and took the time to make sure every carpet cleaning step was done right. I also used the texting option to get a quote and ask questions, and the responses were quick and helpful. We had an older cat that had been having accidents on the carpet, including a few hidden spots we did not notice at first. Mitchell found those problem areas with a black light and treated them before the main cleaning, which gave the pet stain and odor removal process a much better result. After the service, the carpet looked refreshed, smelled clean, and felt much better overall. It was clear they cared about doing thorough work and not rushing through the job. I will definitely keep using this carpet cleaning service in the future.

I had them come out for upholstery and carpet cleaning, and Caleb was excellent. He explained the cleaning process in a clear way, pointed out why certain spots showed up on my couch and nearby carpet, and shared simple tips to help prevent future stains and wear. He was very friendly, professional, and never used any pushy sales talk. After the couch dried, I could still see a faint stain since the fabric is a very light color and some set-in spots can be difficult to fully lift. I called the office, and they quickly scheduled a return visit for the next day. Caleb came back out and treated the couch again, and even gave extra attention to the surrounding upholstered areas to make sure everything looked as even and fresh as possible. There was no charge because it was covered under their guarantee. The second cleaning made a noticeable improvement, and I really appreciated the care, follow-through, and great customer service. It is hard to find a cleaning team in Dallas that is this responsive, helpful, and committed to getting the best results possible.

I rarely give 5 stars, but this carpet cleaning service really earned it. They are a small family-run business with plenty of experience, and setting up the appointment was simple by phone, voicemail, or text. They were a little late to my scheduled time, but Richard called and kept me updated, and the delay was only about 30 minutes, which was completely reasonable. When they arrived in Dallas, they got right to work and clearly knew the best way to clean and treat the carpet. They were careful around the walls, corners, and nearby areas, and nothing was damaged. My sculpted berber carpet, which is well over 10 years old, looked fresh, bright, and almost new again after the deep cleaning. They did an excellent job removing built-up dirt and restoring the carpet pile. The price of $160 for 2 bedrooms, living room, and hallway felt fair and worth it for the quality of the carpet cleaning service and the results.
