I booked them for a deep clean and I’m honestly impressed. I’m pretty particular about cleanliness and usually notice the small details most people miss — but they didn’t miss anything.

They went beyond just surface cleaning. Baseboards, corners, behind furniture, kitchen buildup, everything was handled thoroughly. You can tell they take pride in their work and don’t rush through the job.

The house genuinely felt like a full reset afterward. It looked brighter, smelled fresh, and just felt put together again.

I recently scheduled their move-out cleaning service and to keep it short, they did not disappoint. I received my full deposit back, and even my property manager praised how clean the unit was when I returned the keys!

If you’re looking for a stress free experience, the RESET team has you covered. Even with my unit being on the larger side (1970 sq ft) there wasn’t a single nook or cranny they missed. I will absolutely be booking again in my new home!

The cleaning service was good overall. Ryan's team, Keisha and Jerome, would have been nicer if they didn't used their time on training Jerome, also just wish they didn't forget to vacuum the stairs. Noticing little things like that but kudos to Keisha for his hard work elsewhere.
