New to Dallas, I had no idea who to contact to clean my new home prior to move in. I found Uptown Cleaning via a few recommendations online and booked the reservation.

Uptown Cleaning contacted me right away to confirm details and worked with me to find a time that worked best for the both of us. They would check in periodically to reconfirm the appt and express happiness that I chose Uptown to do the job.

Virginia showed up 5 min early and greeted me, went over any details about the home and then loaded her equipment in and went to work. She thoroughly (and I mean thoroughly!) cleaned every inch of my 2500 square foot home in about 4 hours (no furniture in the space so it was wide open for a deep clean) prior to my move in. It’s the cleanest I’ve ever had a house be cleaned in my adult life!

I just moved out of my apartment and had hired a different cleaning service to do the move out clean. However, they didn't show up and I had two days before I had to hand in my keys. I called Uptown Cleaning. I spoke with Haley and she was immensely helpful. She got be booked for 9:00am the next morning. I was so appreciative for how quickly she fit me in. Genesis was right on time and did an absolutely amazing job and was so pleasant the whole time. I will definitely be using them again.

I’ve used Uptown Cleaning I believe 4 times. My first experience was not good at all but I appreciated their willingness to make it right and gave them a chance again a year later. All was well until my last cleaning with them. Things listed in their checklist that should’ve been cleaned weren’t, the battery cover to my automatic trashcan in my bathroom was gone and batteries left on the counter and oddly my makeup puffs that were with my laundry are missing and I still haven’t been able to find them. While attentiveness to customer experience is great, the consistency in quality of cleaning services is not.

We have used Uptown Cleaning for over 10 years across multiple homes and have always had a wonderful experience. Mayra Casillas cleaned our house this time and did a wonderful job! I would recommend Uptown Cleaning to anyone.
