I’ve been using this carpet cleaning service for a while after being let down by other companies. I tried three other places before, but they always left my carpets soaking wet and it would take more than a day to dry. With this team, my carpets were dry in just a few hours! They showed up right on time, acted very professional, listened to what I needed, and got to work right away. Today, I had the pleasure of having Trenton and Preston clean my home. They did an amazing job cleaning and sanitizing all my carpets. The real surprise was when they shampooed my light-colored sofa—it looked brand new by the time they were done, and it was pretty cool to watch them work their magic. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was so happy with the results I just had to say something! They even went above and beyond by helping me out when they found a little baby mouse on the floor (thanks to my cat). I am extremely satisfied with the service and how they handled everything. They really took carpet cleaning to a new level! They truly understood what needed to be done and made sure my home looked and smelled fresh.

Trenton and Bryson were both friendly, professional, and very thoughtful about my pets—they even moved a water fountain I had forgotten about, making sure my cats were safe during the cleaning. I’m excited to use their services again, especially for upholstery cleaning. My sofa already looks brand new! I also found out they offer window cleaning, which is great. I had a great experience with this carpet cleaning company. From the moment I scheduled my appointment online, they kept in touch with me every step of the way. When the technicians were on their way, I got a text letting me know they would arrive soon. Even though I wasn’t at home and didn’t get to meet them in person, I spoke with Preston a couple of times on the phone—he was very friendly and professional. They did an amazing job cleaning my two area rugs! After they finished, I got another text letting me know the service was complete. I’m really impressed with how smooth and easy the whole process was. Highly recommend if you need your carpets or rugs cleaned!

I have been using this carpet cleaning service for over 25 years and they always do an outstanding job. For my recent appointment, Preston was the technician who came to clean a carpeted room where my dog had an accident. He worked hard to get all the stains out, and the results were fantastic—the carpet looks fresh and spotless! I also asked for my upholstered chairs to be cleaned, and now they look like new again with no more discoloration. I give this company 5 stars for their excellent service, professionalism, and for taking great care of my home.

I’ve been using their cleaning services for a year now. The ladies taking care of the schedule are always nice. But the last cleaner helped herself to a coke when we were not home. I would talk with your girls about not taking stuff that is not offered. They also used a full roll of paper towels without my permission.

I will never use this company again. I specifically had mentioned the square footage of my home for a deep cleaning and they had promised to send 2 cleaners, i was only send one, the day of the cleaning. I have 4 total bedrooms in my house and the cleaner only cleaned one room as she ran out of time. when i alerted the company of my frustration they told me they will give me two hours of cleaning for free the same day and i told them to have the cleaner work on the remaining three rooms and still with the extra 2 hours, none of the three rooms were cleaned. They took all the money for 6 hours to only have half the house cleaned. It was very un-professional how they didn't finish the job they promised they would and yes they may be good in communication but actions matter more and the cleaning job was not at all completed and all my money was taken without any concession for the lack of service, $60/hr for 6 hours to have half the house cleaned. Better to go with another company for sure.

Life has been pretty stressful recently, so decided to hire a housekeeping service to get rid of one of the stressors. Found Rover Cleaners just by browsing around and I’m so glad I did!
Bri, our housekeeper today, was extremely cordial and professional, brought all her own supplies, made sure we knew what room she would be working in next (since both myself and my partner work from home), and made sure every nook and cranny was well dusted and swept and mopped. Our floors are literally shiny! They haven’t been like this for months! We couldn’t’ve asked for better!

This was our first cleaning with Rover House and we are very satisfied with the job Reyna did on our 2100-square-foot 3 bedroom home. We had been using a couple of women to clean for more than three years and were devastated when they told us they had to quit cleaning houses. We were very concerned that we would be paying more for less work and worse results. The 2-hour window for the cleaner to arrive seemed unreasonable, but Reyna was at the door right at 9 am. The price is slightly higher than what we were paying but we are pleased to report that the results were worth the difference. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Rover.
