Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I was quoted $247 after explaining my main concern was pet odor. The rep claimed the technician would assess if pet solution was needed. The moment the tech arrived, without even starting, he immediately upsold me to $500, claiming I had to get the pet solution — something I already told them I needed when I booked! Why not just give me the real price upfront?

The equipment was nothing professional — a portable machine, Febreze, and a tub of carpet solution. No truck-mounted system like you’d expect from a real carpet cleaning company. After paying $375 (after negotiating down from $500), my carpet STILL smells like pet odor days later. But here’s the kicker: the technician had the nerve to call me back after the failed job and tell me he’d charge me even MORE money to come fix the problem he didn’t solve the first time.

Complete scam. They quote you low to get in the door, upsell you immediately, do poor work, and then try to charge you again to fix their own failure. Save yourself the headache — avoid this place at all costs.

Even after providing us with an initial quote, they called back to offer us a better deal due to a promotion we qualified for after adding extra areas. In the past, we have engaged other carpet cleaning companies, but our experiences with them in terms of treatment, service, and cost were not as impressive. This is the second time Bryson and Trenton have come out to clean the carpets at the Airbnb I manage in Dallas within just a few weeks. Because of guests who didn’t mention bringing pets, our carpets got pretty dirty. The carpet cleaning was absolutely fantastic, and the customer service was just as great. Bryson and Trenton are the kind of people you can trust in your home, even if you’re not there. My son and I were tidying up while they worked, and they made us feel very comfortable. It was easy to get things done alongside them. They were skilled, friendly, and very understanding of my son’s needs since he has ASD. I am so grateful for the service. Now I can rest easy knowing our guests will be happy with how clean everything looks. Not only did they do an amazing job with the carpets, but they also fit us in during their busy schedule. The stain that gave me so much worry is now completely gone—the smell and crunchiness disappeared too. All the other spots are gone as well.
