Zesty Maids did a great job cleaning our house. I love that they use green products and I don’t have to worry about my family or pets being around harsh chemicals. They are very responsive and send you a text message to let you know they are on their way. The crew is friendly and accommodating. They’ve come when I’m working from home and are very quiet when I am on a Zoom meeting or phone call with a client. They’ll wait until I’m done to run their vacuum so there’s no background noise.

This was my first and last time using Zesty Maids! Upon scheduling an appointment with Anna she was very nice came off as very professional, very informative, made sure I received all the booking information as promised. I scheduled a 1 o’clock appointment because I knew I had to have my apartment keys into the leasing office by a certain time. Need I say Zesty cleaning crew was super late a hour and 43 minutes late to be exact! I notified Anna twice and all she could say was “they took longer to clean another house and I’m sorry about that.” Communication is key, the more professional thing should have been, calling me BEFORE 1 to let me know the maids will be late and apologize. On a good note the ladies did a good job cleaning but would have liked it if they took the time to whip down the walls.

Scheduled their service for move out cleaning. Two maids came for the service and they did not understand English at all. Was not at all able to communicate. They did a really bad job at cleaning the apartment. The cabinet doors weren't clean. There was still grit and hair in the washroom and they were not even cleaning the patio. Oven and refrigerator were not cleaned properly either.
I have been trying to reach out to their office for two days now but no one answers the call neither do they call back.
I will strongly advise against Zesty Maids.
And please attend to the voicemails and call your customers back!!
Update: I got a call back from the company today and they offered to come back and clean whatever they had missed in the first service. Appreciate the attempt to make amends but really wish that a good job wad done the first time itself.

I originally booked Zesty Maids to do a move out cleaning for my apartment. They were extremely thorough and friendly. I enjoyed the experience so much, I've decided to use them a few times a month for my new home. I've already had my first service at my new home and was equally satisfied. They are fast and efficient.

Oh my - I have been using Zesty Maids for the last 6 months and they do a SPECTACULAR job! The team does a thorough job and I am always so pleased with how sparkly clean my apartment is. There really is nothing like the smell of a clean house to make my day! With the economy being what it is, I have considered cutting back, but it won’t be this service that gets cut from my budget! Thank you, Della, for being someone I look forward to seeing each month! You are the best!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Zesty Maids! Their attention to detail is absolutely impeccable — every corner of my home looks spotless after they’re done. They work quickly and efficiently, but never cut corners. On top of that, they’re honest, reliable, and so easy to work with. I’m beyond impressed every single time. If you’re in Dallas or anywhere in the DFW area, I highly recommend Zesty Maids!

I'm not giving the women who came out to clean my home one star. I'm giving the management and customer experience one star. The cleaning women were pretty good. There were items that they missed cleaning, such as, under furniture and the oven. The things they cleaned were cleaned well.

There were several challenges outside of their cleaning ability. Number one: when I called the office to book this service, my first question was if they use green cleaning products. I was told they will absolutely use non-toxic cleaning products. That wasn't the case at all. I am a cancer survivor, and I don't want toxins in my environment. I made that very clear on the phone. When they arrived and I saw products such as Comet and Easy-Off. I tried to address the issue with the team, but they did not speak English. I could not have them leave, because it was the Saturday before Thanksgiving. I was in a pinch. The fumes were so strong in my home that I had to keep my windows open to air out the environment.

The second challenge was that they charged me for 45 minutes longer than they were at my home, and did not apply the 20% first time client discount. When the charge came through on my credit card, I was shocked at the cost based on the quote I was given. It took a bit of time on the phone to get that straightened out. After the overcharge refund was promised, it still took further texting and more time on my part for the refund to be processed.

The third challenge: there were a couple of items in my home that were mistakenly thrown out. One in particular was a screw-in leveling foot for a chair. It's not an expensive item, it's just hard to find one that will fit our chairs that we use every day. I called the service and let them know what happened right away. I think it accidentally got swept up. I was told I couldn't prove that it was them. True, I can't prove it. Yet I used the chair the night before, and it was gone the next evening. No one else was in my house. There's no other explanation. I know it wasn't done purposely. But one would think, the agency would take some responsibility, especially since their policy is a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

The phone conversation I had with one of the managers was awful. She stonewalled me from the upper management team. She was quite rude and would not take any responsibility. She was patronized me and continued to call me "my dear." I own a business, and I would never speak to my clients the way she spoke to me. A goodwill gesture could have resolved the situation. Arguing with me and taking no responsibility didn't resolve anything.

As I told her, I was waiting to write a review to see how it was going to be handled. It's quite unfortunate, that she chose the way that she did. She picked leaving a client dissatisfied and a bad review over good customer service. I wouldn't recommend this service. Not because of the people who came and cleaned my house, but because of management.

This has to be one of the best cleaning services I ever used were super convenient I called one day and was scheduled the next day!! Super quick with the process and the cleaning was phenomenal girls were very detailed and I did not have to be behind them they knew exactly where to clean. If you’re ever looking to book with a cleaning service this has to be the one! They even gave me a discount because I was a new client will be using them as my permanent cleaning service.

I have had several teams of cleaners from Zesty Maids, and they always did a good job, but the team that cleaned today was AMAZING. Great job!!

I contacted Zesty maids on a Tuesday, and was able to quickly book and have service by Thursday! The customer support was present, timely, and wonderful. Fast forward to cleaning day- we had some trouble with the locks on the front door (electric code door. that darn technology!) but the ladies were so patient with me and waited for us to figure out the issue, since obviously I wasn’t home to let them in. They followed the instructions to place my Great Dane and German Shepard in the patio while cleaning and brought them back into the house when done. The cleaning itself was stellar! Surfaces I didn’t even notice were dirty got cleaned- and I sure noticed how clean it was when I got home. I definitely recommend giving Zesty maids a try and I am very thankful for their time, dedication, and thorough job.

Scheduling was quick, they arrived on time and my apartment looked amazing. I felt like I was in a hotel suite with the way they folded my blankets and arranged my pillows. Outstanding service and they are my new cleaning company. Love them!!!

Reliable, thorough, reasonably priced Airbnb cleaning service. I try not to need last-minute booking, but even when I do need it they are always able to accommodate, and the quality is EXCELLENT - the most consistent of any Airbnb cleaning service I’ve ever used. Available on weekends too, which is a necessity for Airbnb business.

They always send photos after, and not only is everything always perfect, but they put in extra touches like folding blankets in aesthetically pleasing ways to add just an extra touch of class to the place.

Wish I had found them a couple years ago - they make managing an Airbnb so much easier.

First Class Carpet Service always does an excellent job. My carpets look fresh and almost like new every time, and I would not trust my floors to anyone else. Trenton and the crew truly care about their customers and take time to do the work right. We had a washing machine leak that sent water into our upstairs hallway, and they responded quickly to help dry everything out. After the drying was finished, they returned for a full carpet cleaning, and the carpet looked renewed again. Their water extraction and drying service made a stressful situation much easier. On another visit, Preston spent hours giving careful attention to each room to make sure the carpet cleaning was thorough and detailed. We have dogs, so the stain treatment and deep cleaning process work especially well for us and help keep the carpet looking clean, fresh, and free of pet spots. Even with older carpet, the results were impressive. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning, spot treatment, and floor care.

it feels amazing to have the whole house smelling fresh and the wall-to-wall carpet looking and feeling almost brand new again. i honestly did not think older carpet could come back this well, but the carpet cleaning results have been impressive. i now include this carpet cleaning service as part of our regular home maintenance while caring for my elderly mother, and it has made a big difference in keeping her space clean, comfortable, and fresh. preston and trenton did a fantastic job. they were not only skilled with the deep carpet cleaning, stain treatment, and odor removal, but also very kind and compassionate with my mother. that level of care really stood out. even the room with the heaviest wear and the most problem spots came out looking much better, with the carpet feeling soft, clean, and renewed. the entire house was completed in just a few hours, which was very convenient. we did not need to leave the house, and the process was easy from start to finish. the carpets dried well, smelled clean, and looked refreshed throughout the home. i also appreciate how affordable the service is, because it makes routine carpet maintenance realistic. we plan to keep them on a regular schedule, especially for my mother’s room, to help the carpet stay in great shape in our dallas home.

Worse service ever!!! Called and received a quote..man showed up in his own personal suv with a unit one could rent…then tried to charge me for more - lots more than what I was quoted. Horrible Service - Poor Service - Rip Off
