My partner and I originally used this service for a move out clean of our old apartment and were so pleased with our experience that we budgeted in to have a cleaning of our new apartment done once a month. Our first cleaning of our new place came around on April 9th and it was beyond a horrible experience. 1st we were charged another move out clean of $150, instead of the $90 we'd agreed to for the new place. This issue was quickly resolved and we were refunded the difference, but then the day of cleaning, our maid wasn't given any of the information to access our apartment. The instructions, gate code, etc were not shared with her, which seemed unprofessional, but whatever she eventually got in, but sadly didn't do much cleaning. I came home and was still able to find visible dust on surfaces, food debris left in the sink, nothing was sanitized or wiped down at all. Also, our floors were not swept or mopped. The only thing our maid seemed to do for $100 was make our bed, vacuum and take out the trash. Needless to say I was very displeased and when asked about the experience, I shared my review with the company and even sent pictures, which I'll also be posting here. Over a week later and still no response from the company at all, even after calling and leaving voice-mails. At this point we will most likely be canceling the service as more than half of the items on their "checklist" were not completed at all. I sincerely believe we're entitled to some money back out of this situation or at least a reclean by someone who actually wants to work. Oh and to top it all off, our maid left our door unlocked. So pretty much half the day our door was left wide open, luckily we weren't robbed. I also have screenshots of our smart lock status showing where the door was unlocked. Also if the company is reading this, our account is in my spouses name, Joseph Rodriguez, so no you won't find my name in your system, but you'll find his and I can send screenshots of our transaction to prove that yes we used this service. Bottom line, this job was not executed well and the company lacks professional courtesy to reply to feedback and with maids leaving doors unlocked this service just isn't safe.

Them scraping the hardened wax that spilled out of my wax warmer off of my furniture really impressed me. The only thing I didn't like was that that they sent me the invoice for the cleaning the second week less than 24 hours before, but luckily when I cancelled like 22 hours before they let it slide. But sending the invoice 48 hours before would've been much appreciated. They also just assumed the exact same time would work the second week without asking if that specific time was always good for me every week.

Umm...Where do I start? I was referred here by a family member, so I decided to have the “Zesty Maids” clean my new apartment according to the 50 point cleaning checklist. Obviously this list was non-existent for my cleaning. The freezer was not cleaned nor freezer door. The floors were not swept nor mopped. The bar area flooring was slightly sticky. The kitchen and bathroom sinks had residue in them. The “fun” part of this WHOLE non cleaning process was I had an appointment scheduled for a later time in the afternoon, but apparently they came earlier than scheduled appointment time and cleaned the apartment. Unacceptable, if a scheduled appointment time was agreed upon then let’s stick to the agreed time. Bottom line I was very unsatisfied with the punctuality and cleaning. Money wasted on my end because now I still have to go over my new apartment and re-clean/sanitize.* Consumers beware*

This company is very professional. The employers are very nice and looking good. The girls who cleaned my apartment were self oriented and pay attention on every detail. I strongly recommend their service.

Zesty Maids is a quality cleaning service. The ladies are prompt, they do a great job and it is such a great value. I am so glad that I have found a quality, reliable cleaning service. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Zesty Maids was the first cleaning company I hired for my new home and happy to say will continue to book them month after month. They were friendly, courteous, thorough, and gave great attention to detail. Their prices were more than fair, and in most cases better than many of the larger DFW maid companies. Their use of green cleaners is also a plus. If you're in the process of researching cleaning companies, save yourself some time and give Zesty Maids a call.

They were 10 minutes early, had the best disposition and were so enjoyable while they were in my home! I get married in a week and am about to have all the family in town. They made me feel very supported and kick started an awesome week for us!! The owners are a great couple and I love supporting great people.

They do great quality caring work. I had a hiccup with one of my appointments Merlyn and Ms. Virginia came back the next day and fixed everything. After they left they left my home spotless. I was able to light some candles and really make it homey it was so clean. They smile the whole time they are here. It takes one less stress out of my life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We used Zesty Maids for a deep clean of our two bed/two bath apartment before our out of town guests arrive. The two ladies were on time, friendly and did a fantastic job, we didn't realize how dirty our apartment was before. It smells and looks amazing now! We plan to schedule regular cleanings with them.

I heard about Zesty Maids through WFAA 8. I was thrilled with the service and attention to detail. The inside of my fridge and oven look brand new again! Zesty Maids is fantastic! With a busy schedule I've been struggling to keep up on the housework. They did a fantastic job cleaning the house paid attention to details like ceiling fans, baseboards, etc. They took the time to make my bed, run the dishes, and take out trash. They went above and beyond what we were expecting! It was a relief to come home to a clean house. Also they use all green cleaning products which was appreciated!
My roommate had fantastic communication all day with the ladies cleaning and made us feel comfortable. We hope to continue to use Zesty Maids!

The customer service was nice to start, but the first time they came for cleaning it didn't look like anybody had cleaned. The floors, appliances, and toilets all had the same stains from before I booked the cleaning. They asked for pictures of what was not cleaned which was everything. Then they returned to clean the house, but it did not smell clean nor did it appear that an in-depth cleaning was done. It seemed that the stains I sent pictures of were addressed, but nothing more. Maybe I was expecting a lot, but as a first-time customer, I was expecting a discount or maybe a credit towards my next cleaning. I would have given them another chance, but I did not appreciate the way I was addressed about payment. I'm sure they generally do a good job, but I did not have a good experience.

Zesty Maids service were amazing. I only had two days to move out of my apartment, because I was transferring to a big apartment on the other side of the complex. And I had so much to do and Zesty maids were on time and did a great job. The only thing that I was uncomfortable about was given my card info over the phone. After I was told that I would get an invoice to my email to make the payment.

Zesty Maids always does a fantastic job, they are friendly and reliable! Today Stella and Rosalinda cleaned my place (I hope I remembered their names correctly) and they did a wonderful job!

I have been using Zesty Maids for almost two years and they always go above and beyond. They always leave my place spotless and smelling delightful. Any time I have needed to reschedule, they are always very responsive and understanding. Zesty Maids is the best and I will continue using their services for as long as I am in the dfw area! 10/10 on every level!

I am extremely satisfied with both the service provided by the office and the service provided by the cleaning professionals. Note that they are different professionals. It was what I was looking for a long time and couldn't find. Now yes! I won't be without the Dirty House anymore!

Zesty Maids was recommended as a preferred vendor by our leasing office and I’m glad they were. Their rates are very reasonable. It was nice to see our 2/2 apartment spotless and clean when we got home from work. I definitely will continue using them.

This was my first time hiring professional cleaners. We chose the deep clean service and paid $170 for 2 hours. I would not recommend that service/this service provider.  It is not worth the money:
1. The cleaners showed up over an hour late
2. I explicitly asked them to clean inside the kitchen cabinets (when we booked and when they were cleaning the kitchen) and when i moved into my new home the cabinets were absolutely filthy.
3. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was not cleaned.
Overall I chose this service to have peace of mind before I moved into my new house, unfortunately I do not have that and I am put $170. Now I have concerns about the overall cleaning in all of the other rooms. I recommend choosing another service provider or just getting the basic clean.

Update in response to Owner: I think you may have mixed my service/house up with another customer. There was no painting  service at my house at the time of my cleaning (or to this day). I also have not received any communication since my service. Please let me know if you have tried to reach me.
