K&M CLEANING CREW LLC has been the best thing to happen to our business. The previous cleaners were horrible. They would barely show up and when they did they did a half job to say the least!!! I saw a door hanger for a free estimate and decided to give them a call, and I am LOVING my decision!!! The special they had at the time was just what our office needed. They are always punctual and you can smell they have been there!!! Best decision I have ever made for my office space.

The Ladies Did an AMAZING JOB on my house! Very thorough and detailed cleaning!!! I was at work when the work was completed and was waiting for a call like my last service to ask about tipping. They were so good I’ll be calling them back Monday to submit a Tip!!

What a great experience today! I was a little nervous asking for a deep Spring Cleaning in a 2800 sq ft home, but Meybeline, Decia, and Jasmine worked professionally and diligently on each room in the house and exceeded our expectations. In a home with two old dogs, this is not easy to accomplish. We are excited to have them back!

We hired this service to clean our 1,734 sq foot house and we were quoted $315 at the most for two cleaning ladies and 2 1/2 hrs. Their rate is $126/hr. After 2 1/2 hrs, they had only cleaned 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. I spoke to the manager and she wanted to charge us for another couple hours, so ~$500 for a 1,700 sq ft house. Mind you it had been deep cleaned 3 weeks ago and 3 bedrooms in our 4 bedroom house are barely used. We have cameras throughout our entire house and could see how slow these cleaners moved. We told the manager they could leave without finishing because we weren’t paying a dollar more than what we were quoted . They finished the job and only charged $315 but this was clearly a hustle and I’m wondering how many other people they’ve successfully hustled. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never use them again.

My team did an outstanding job, they were very professional. They text to let me know that we're enroute and whom to expect. The service team #12 finished up in a timely manner and asked if I want to inspect the house to se if there was anything missed or something that I might have wanted done. Our hats off to Tena and Jasmin for a job well done!!!

Came home and was absolutely blown away by the detail and care that Olga and Genesis put into cleaning our home. Each nook and corner was cared for and cleaned exceptionally. They even organized some books in my toddlers room. Will definitely use in the future!

Team #12, Tena and Dulce have been cleaning our home for about 6 months now. They are kind, professional, and they do a fantastic job every time. They are very detailed and they work efficiently. Everything went great with Molly Maid of Southwest Dallas. I give them 5/5 stars, and I would hire them again, if I need their services. The arrangements for my cleaning day went easily, from online to confirmation. I received texts several times as reminders. The crew (Ana and Selene of the Route 9 crew) showed up on time, and they answered my questions. They took care of everything that was on my checklist from my property management office. They were done in under 2 hours, and everything was very clean and spotless. Thank you, Molly Maid of Southwest Dallas!

Carmen and Ruby were the best. They went above and beyond. They were very detailed oriented.My daughter and i was overjoyed to experience the toilet paper bow design. I definitely want them to come back. My house now feels like a 5 diamond resort.

We signed up for Molly Maid over a year ago to help us maintain our house with two babies. We paid nearly $150 for 1,100 square feet for once per month cleanings.

Two Stars for lack of dependability, consistency and inadequate communication.

Lack of a dependable cleaning:
I have called after each monthly cleaning to let the front office know something was missed (entire shelves not dusted), not cleaned (fans still dirty) or done poorly (hard wood floors soaked and not dried).

Lack of consistency:
We often had a new team perform the monthly cleaning. So, any notes left on our account were often missed and we would have to call in, awkwardly ask for them to come back out, and do it correctly.

We have a small dog that barks. Sometimes the crew wouldn’t enter the house because they were scared. Other times they walked right in.

Inadequate communication:
Molly Maid would not let us know a time frame their team would be by on the day we had scheduled. Sometimes they would show up at 8:30. Other times they would arrive at 4.

Last Straw:
On February 21 we were scheduled for a cleaning. I called in the morning to ask for an estimate of when the team might arrive. Thankfully they said 2:30. Each month, I leave the house so they can clean without me in the way. I have to put my dog away so they don’t use him as an excuse to not clean. I didn’t hear from them at 2:30, so I put my dog in the garage and left to get my kids at 4:30. They showed up at 5:15, and I only knew they came after I got home at 6 and checked my Ring cam. They rang the doorbell, incorrectly input the door code, and then left.

If you want to have your house cleaned consistently and know (and count on) a rough time frame when they will show up, do not select Molly Maid. You will be left frustrated and you will have to call them often to rectify issues. I have recently asked some neighbors for recommendations and there are many other cleaning companies and individuals who will do a better job at less cost. Shop around, don’t settle because they are all over Google.

Olga and Génesis did such a wonderful job! They got in, I showed them a specific thing I wanted, and they went to work. My partner was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the house. I’ll definitely book again!

Update 1: I recently had Meybelin and Delia and they were great as well! They were friendly and professional. Left my place so clean, and left pleasant details (cute folders towels and kleenex) around the house.

This was my first time using Molly Maid cleaning service. I had a fantastic cleaning crew by the names of Rosalinda and Thania. They showed up to my home on time and addressed all of my needs and concerns related to cleaning. Nevertheless, my home looks like a showroom model home. They did a fantastic job on both living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and etc. I will definitely consider this service in the future. If you are looking for a great cleaning service and crew who is exceptionally detailed-oriented please consider Molly Maid (Rosalinda and Thania). These ladies definitely earned and over all 10-star review!!!

The ladies that cleaned my home were: Thania, Carme, and Ruby. Team "8". They did a wonderful job with all of the clutter I had all around. The restroom that I struggled with finally has a clean smell sense they cleaned it. The bed was made better than it has been in months. They got the red spots out of the shower. The helped me organize all of my clothes that I did not know what to do with. I had my house a wreck before they came over and I planned to pick up before hand but I had personal appointments that got rearranged so they maneuvered around all of my mess and clutter and managed to make my home feel, and smell good again. It looks much cleaner in here. I love that they folded all of my blankets. I told the ladies that they could shove all of my clothes into the corner and they actually bagged them all up to get them off of the floor. I love this so much. She cleaned up the huge pile of rice that was spilled in my front room for a long time. 8 months pregnant and needed a lot of help. These ladies came through strong and ready. I hope I get the chance to have their help again.
