Always amazing! My house is so clean when they are done! I could not clean like they do in the time it takes them! Worth every penny!!

Team #8 provided excellent service from start to finish. They arrived on time and conducted themselves with professionalism throughout the job. Before starting, they requested a walkthrough of the space, which I appreciated. Upon completion, they invited me to inspect each room to ensure everything met my expectations. When additional time was required, they communicated the need clearly and asked for my approval in advance, which I found both courteous and respectful. Overall, a very positive experience.

Imelda and Margarita did a great job! Fast and thorough. I will be using them again.

Team #5 (Maybelin and Delia) did a fantastic job doing a deep clean of our new house. We recently moved and were in need of service. We set up an appointment which was easy. The ladies were even able to show up early, which was better aligned with our schedule. Will definitely use again!

Karla and Mireya completed so much in such a short time. I definitely got everything I asked for from them and more. They both were so nice and so helpful with everything. I was in a super rush to get my house clean for a special visitor and my children had basically destroyed it the two weeks prior. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were professional, kind, understanding and accommodating. I was so impressed that I was even comfortable enough to go to the ATM while they were here to get them each a $20 tip. Well worth it!!!! If you are looking for a company that will make sure to send a team that will take good care of your house and your belongings, definitely call Molly maids and ask for Karla and Mireya!!! Thanks ladies. You were an answer to prayers!

I was nervous about the cleaning service, it's our first home and before moving in we wanted a clean house. From the booking with Jessica and the two ladies Tena and Jasmin (RT-12) arriving as scheduled and professional and in compliance with my request, Molly Maid has a satisfied customer. I have decided to continue with having our home cleaning service. The ladies were nice and took care of business. Thank you.

Anna and Martha came to clean my house this week and they were incredible! My house hasn’t looked this great since we moved in lol. They were kind with my cats and very polite knocking on the door to the room I was working from home in. It feels so nice to be in a perfectly clean home again. I will definitely be requesting Anna and Martha on route 9 again next time we book!

Team 5 was amazing!!!! Both Delia and jer partner were thoroughly, friendly, and even made my 6 month old smile!! I'll absolutely be booking again

Keep scrolling and find a different cleaning company!!!!!!!! It was the worst cleaning I've ever seen. I needed a move-in clean for my house. That was to include inside and out cabinet cleaning in kitchen and baths. NONE of that was done. Floors were not washed, light fixtures were filled with dust. They literally came in sprayed cleaning solution in the air and vacuumed! This was so disappointing! I would never recommend Molly Maids!!!!!!

I had previously used a friend of the family, and she did fine, but I need regularly scheduled cleaning services.Team two (IIRC) did aa excellent job on my 4 bedroom home. This initial deep clean soothed my nerves like you wouldn't believe. I slept really well last night and there's nothing like waking up to a clean home.

Mireya and Karla clean my house so good I could not believe that it was my house they were outstanding nice and fast they did a FANTASTIC job and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to have their house cleaned.They by far surpass my expectations for what I thought they were going to do

I have updated the stars from 1 to 3 because although the cleaning and punctuality were insufficient the manager did contact me and the company refunded my payment which was unexpected so I have to commend them for their professionalism and doing the right thing.

The quality of the cleaning was unacceptable. Master bath shower still had soap scum which I had to clean myself. The lead said that it was hard work when it was called to her attention. It was clear she did not want to do it even with additional time. Hardwood flooring was smeared and had areas that the mop didn’t touch. They left their shoe prints on the wet floor as they hurriedly exited. They misrepresented their arrival time as 8:16 am from actual of 8:42am and was indicating the need for an additional 45 min from the 8:16. I was about to approve it from the 8:42 time until our exchange about the shower. The work in the kitchen left smeared wipe downs of microwave and stove they had a foggy film look rather than shiny, the stainless steel sinks also did not shine and dishes were left in the sink. Services I have used in the past leave everything gleaming and they load the dishes into the dishwasher. I had to redo the kitchen appliances, the hardwood from the front entry area to the kitchen, and the sinks. The service was originally scheduled for 3/15 but was rescheduled for 3/17 because of miscommunication to me and the cleaning teams and I was offered a $25 discount as a result which was appreciated but in light of the poor quality of the work the value of the service was not commensurate. I communicated with several different people at their offices but they were unmoving on the price I was charged. No credit was given on the things I had to redo. Even though I could see several things weren’t done up to standard I knew there was no point in requesting it to be done properly. I am glad this was not my first experience with cleaning service because it would have left me not ever wanting to use another.

Thanks to Cody for getting me worked in same day on a Friday before a 3 day holiday weekend! Team #5 (Meybeline/Delia) did an AWESOME job. First time customer and I am very pleased. It is so nice to have a clean house and it smells wonderful! 😃

First time customer and I will definitely be asking the team that showed up to come back. My wife and I have been preparing the house to welcome our first born. She is due any day now and I decided it would be great to get the house spotless in order to let us focus on other preparations. I am impressed by the all around great job by Soledad and Veronica. I basically have a zoo at home — 2 boys, 2 big dogs, and 2 cats — and with my husband and I both working full-time, we just needed help. Booking with Molly Maid was such a relief! They reached out quickly, were incredibly friendly, and made the process super easy. They were also very transparent about pricing, which I appreciated.

Team #5 — Meybeline and Delia — came out for a deep clean, and I swear they changed my life! They were professional, efficient, and did an absolutely incredible job. They cleaned everything from top to bottom and left my home looking (and smelling!) amazing. I’m beyond happy and will definitely be signing up for recurring service. Thank you so much!!

I am so grateful for such a professional cleaning service! I’ve tried a few different agencies in the past and never got what I really wanted. These ladies did a great job! I loved the extra little touches they added by leaving our bath towels so beautiful!

Route #9 Rosalinda and Ana did an amazing job! I appreciate them so much! Nothing beats a clean home. They came and saved the day!

Team #5 was spectacular at cleaning. We were so impressed. Those ladies are truly amazing. HOWEVER, the call center and financial aspect is HORRIBLE. I called looking for a service for my mom who has breast cancer. I asked if they offered discounts for cancer patients/survivors. All excited they said ‘yes! 50” I asked “50%?” They said yes! So I booked them. Then it was $500 for the service, which I was told it was $300. Took roughly 4 hours. Called and they said “oh the discount is only $50” like um what. For anyone who has fought cancer, EVERY PENNY COUNTS. So I was shocked but couldn’t do much since the ladies were already cleaning and working doing their amazing job. they agreed to give a $75 dollar discount for the confusion. Fine. We had a gift certificate too. So our amount was $300 to pay. I asked 4 times to make sure no additional charges were going to be done. They assured me, no this is the finally price. Lo and behold, we were charged $378. Called to say the over charged us, my mom, the CANCER survivor, was treated HORRIBLY. They refused to give their names and did not want to honor the amount they gave me. I called and no problem they’re crediting us back $75. Management is deceiving and lacks serious customer service. It should NOT be this confusing paying for service. Not to mention $50 for a cancer survivor is ridiculous. I’m not one to complain about discounts but that discount is NOTHING when you charge $500 for the dang cleaning. The maids are AWESOME. Customer service, management, call center needs LOTS of improvements before we think about using you again. Highly disappointed in this treatment.

Kudos to Team #6. Sanjuana, Sherlyn and Ana did a deep cleaning and it looks and smells so nice. I’m not able to clean anymore and I’ve been using Molly Maid every other Wednesday for SEVEN years now.
