We bought a house in Dallas and wanted the carpets cleaned before moving in our furniture. I spoke to Angel at Choice Dallas Carpet Cleaning, who was very knowledgeable, polite, and answered all my questions. Leonard and Dale arrived right on time as scheduled. they were really friendly, polite, and did a great job cleaning. The previous owners had dogs, so i wasn't sure if we needed any pet stains treated. Leonard used a blacklight to check the whole house for spots. luckily, there were only a few small spots, and Leonard treated them just in case, so there wouldn’t be any bad smells. they also cleaned some area rugs for us. they put plastic down to protect the hardwood floors underneath. everything dried pretty quickly, especially with the air conditioning and ceiling fans running. the stairs took the longest to dry. the timing worked out well for us. we had some furniture already in the house, and they moved everything except the bed. we moved the mattress and box spring into the bathroom so they could clean all around and under the bed frame. they also put plastic under the furniture legs to keep the damp carpet from touching them. we were really happy with the team, the service, and the price. we would definitely recommend, especially Leonard and Dale!
