I have always been someone who prided myself in doing my own yard work. This spring we were busy so decided to try C Green do some clean up in the spring and make our lawn health.

Best decision, the bushes and CM they trimmed are looking the best ever and the Yard is in the best shape its been in years . The people who have done the work been good , we also moved our rodent control over to them ( live near a creek ) and they have worked with us to control weeds and green the lawn organically .

C Greens crew was the neatest we have had after the work was done you could not tell they were there. Exceptional work, clean up and fast. We would definitely recommend and will most certainly use them again if needed.

Cgreens installed a drainage system in my front yard. Reasonably priced, with great quality craftmanship. I was especially happy that they put my yard back as close as possible to the way it was. Can't vouch on anything but drainage, but would definitely hire them again to do any kind of landscaping.

As a side note they are very popular, so you might have to wait a month or two for them to come out if you are planning on a big project like mine. Definitely worth the wait.

I would ONLY recommend CGreens Landscape for sprinkler & drip line repairs, NOT FOR DRAINAGE DESIGN WORK. In my opinion, and based on my experience, Chuck Green has grandiose ideas for drainage solutions that he can’t necessarily implement. In my case, after his drainage plan was deemed not feasible by his third party contractor, I was still charged for the work that wasn’t done (several thousand dollars). Now I have to contact a different vendor to correct my drainage problem. Chuck Green wasted my time and money!

I put a rating of four stars so this review wouldn’t get buried under more favorable reviews. My actual rating is one star. The employees are very competent at repairing sprinkler heads and drip lines.

Chuck (owner) is very thorough and the workers were considerate of our property. All in all a job well done. They are a little on the pricey side, but they are worth the cost (you get what you pay for). I recommend hiring them to take care of your landscaping and drainage needs.

Nick's team did a GREAT job on a drainage project. They cleaned up beautifully, and they were prompt in sending someone to help fix a sprinkler problem we ran into shortly afterwards. One of our neighbors asked about the work we were having done and we recommended them without hesitation.

We have had some bad experiences with other service professionals in the past (unreturned calls, unexpected fees, unprofessional or “creepy” staff, etc.). Working with C-Green was a completely different experience. It left us feeling relieved that we had finally found a group of service professionals that were reliable, transparent, and easy to work with.

From the very beginning, Kim Esber was excellent at communicating with us. He answered all of our calls and was amenable to our multiple scheduling requests. We have very little experience with gardening, but were able to rely on Kim to talk us through various design options with price comparisons, as well as instructions for how to maintain the landscape over time.

When it came time for installation, the crew members were efficient and professional. They completed the job beautifully and quickly, and didn’t leave a speck of dirt out of place when they left. I also appreciated that they were quiet as they worked, so as not to disturb us or our neighbors. Kim Esber was on site for most of the installation, and did a complete walk-through with us to when they were finished to show us how to maintain the landscape.

Overall, our experience was glowingly positive. We would hire C-Green again in a heartbeat!

Loved working with this company. Very professional, loved the landscape expert Cecelia and her crew who did such a great job. There was no pressure to do anything more than what I wanted and it was not a problem to rethink the plans and change plants. I have already recommended them to others and would use them again.

I reached out to CGreens to help program a sprinkler system to a house I just moved into. When I talked with them, they said that would cost $85 dollars. The guys came and helped me set it up and then ran my system. I had a leak and they said it would be $35 to fix. I was expecting a bill for $120 and instead was told I owe $200. Apparently, it is extra for them to run my system (they did not notify me before moving forward), set up the system, plus there is a trash fee (they was no trash for during the visit). The $85 is a base fee just for them to come out. They did not tell me that running my system was extra or make me aware of any additional cost. I will not be using their services again.

We have owned our house in University Park for 27 years, and C Green has been taking care of our sprinkler system and swimming pool sump pump for all of that time. They have always provided superb service - always fixing the problem, no long waits to get hem here, arriving promptly, work quickly, clean up after and with reasonable prices. A new pump that they installed failed after less than a year, and they replaced it at no cost.

Of all the service people that we have hired to take care of our house and yard, from plumbers to electricians to furnace/AC people, to roofers to carpet cleaners to painters to appliance repair people, C Green is our absolute favorite provider. They are the very best.

One their main landscaping person had come to understand our requirements. We discussed and outline what we were looking for. He mentioned he will share pictures of their work ( as the website did not have what we were looking for). This discussion happened 1 month ago and we never received any follow up pics / texts.

CGreens did a wonderful job correcting drainage issues in my yard that were affecting our foundation. They left it looking so much better too, and they came up with a solution that didn't involve all of the work I was anticipating. They were also very fast. Highly recommended.

My second experience - Two months ago I contacted this provider as we were putting our house on the market and wanted to have it ready to sell, the provider emailed a contractor to sign prior to work being performed. I never signed contract as advised by realtor. Never heard anything from them, roughly six weeks later, we wake up and look outside and three men were out in the yard installing the sprinkler system and attaching drip lines, at this point they were half-way done with the service and asked if I wanted them to stop and I said no and just let them finish the job. I contacted Chuck Green to straighten things out and do what was best for both of us since I never signed a contract or requested this work. Chuck then sent me a $900 invoice and then later sent a rude email stating "I believe what we agreed on and invoiced to be completely fair and agreeable" I felt that the email was extremely rude and condesending to me. As I am selling my home I had decided to just pay for the service to prevent the provider from placing a lean on our home and gumming up the plan to put it on the market. The work done was good, but the service, embarrassing.

My first review - C. Green is finishing my yard as I type and have been nothing but great. The three men that are completing my sprinkler installation are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and clean. I had a subterranean drip system installed in the front yard and a standard system in the back, and then sod installed in the front. Through the whole process Chuck was up front, honest and communicated the plan. Great team, do not hesitate to use them.

And before I get started: I never scheduled an appointment with these people; we ONLY discussed it. And then one day I drove up , and a few young fellows in my yard installing the plants! Then Later received a $900 invoice.

Back to the story!

I had these plants installed in the winter of 2021, so I could have nice plants Spring of 2022. The plants were to replace some mature bushes I lost during the ice storm of 2022.

A few months later it’s Spring 2022 the plants weren’t thriving, so I called them back after many family and friends laughed about how poor they looked for the money spent. I was advised to give them a full year. Okay, we’re here! Spring 2023. They are still little, and two of them died.

I called to let them know. “Hey the plants didn’t do well. They have not grown into the full mature bushes they were suppose to”. I wanted to get information on how we could get it fixed.

The lady name Maureen that answered the phone could NOT tell me basic warranty information. She said “Read your contract, and it’s been years ago!” I couldn’t believe what she was saying- 1 Spring to another Spring is 1 year last I checked. 😩 I spent over $900.00 for an install- with 2 dead bushes. I could have have done this myself.

And plus- I’m just trying to get basic information to resolve if that meant reinstalled; but she got offended!

There’s too many good ones out there. If I were you I would shop around, before using this company. The customer service lady made it even worse. She wasn’t listening, too busy trying to defend the fact the plants didn’t do well, instead of figuring out how to help. 🙄

Re-graded part of my property, tied in gutters, and installed area basin drains and tied everything together and ran it out to the street and alley. Owner was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything well. Quote was reasonable and itemized clearly. Crew was on time, friendly, and did great work. The entire project was completed in two days and my yard looked just as good when they finished as it did before they started. 100% satisfied with the end result and would recommend them to everyone.

I can not speak more highly about the team at CGreens Landscape & Irrigation. Nick and everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with has dealt with me in a positive and productive manner. Installing sprinklers for me was a big deal, so whenever I had questions, they had answers. It was finally time for me to lay sod, and I suddenly had sprinkler issues. They were quick to show up even though the problem was not with their system. It's rare to see this kind of service theses Day's. Thank you for helping me have the yard of my dreams.

When I called to ask for estimate for repairs to my sprinkler system, I was never told that would be charged an inspection fee and a trip charge. When I brought this up with Abigail she advised that I should have known. We went around and around about these facts and got nowhere. What if I didn't have the money to pay the technicians when they arrived to give me an estimate? Horrible experience!!

We've used these guys for a few years for our business and couldn't be more pleased. From kids messing up our sprinkler systems to rabbits eating the plants, we've given them plenty of "emergency" calls, since we are a wedding chapel and have to keep things pristine for each event. They never fail to come out way sooner than expected and get things in order for us. Excellent team- Maureen, Chuck, those who do the hands on work- THANK YOU.

Superb service in a timely manner at a superb price and it includes a 90 day warranty. I definitely recommend this company for sprinkler head replacements. Friendly, on time, and at a price I consider to be very affordable - definitely better than me trying to replace 17 sprinkler heads on my own. Putting this in my files for future reference.

I strongly urge you to avoid this company at all costs. the staff were shockingly rude and showed zero respect for public decency or basic courtesy. Even the head office displayed an alarmingly caress attitude toward serious concerns. The park wherever they please, disturbing the neighborhood, and their work quality is utterly unacceptable. Do not trust this company with your time, money, or peace of mind!
