Matt Baisch and his landscaping crew at The Urban Gardener have provided our HOA with design, installation, and maintenance service for the past 2 years. In addition to being very pleasant and responsive, they have presented pricing at a good value.

This company was the best experience. They provided me a quote, did exactly what they said they would do, very efficient and the workers were very polite. We love the work they did in our backyard. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They have been my gardener for a number of years. We live in a corner townhome with a side yard and back fenced garden + a small garden area on the other side of the fence. The HOA is supposed to take care of the side yard and the garden on the other side of our fenced garden but they do a horrible job so I took on the responsibility. The Urban Gardener designed and planted not only our gardens but the ones the HOA is responsible for. They keep it up to date, e.g.if we lose some to freezes, etc. And there prices are better than just competitive. So I highly recommend them.

Matt at the Urban Gardener is absolutely phenomenal! He has a remarkable eye for garden design and an incredible depth of knowledge about plants. What impressed me most is how effortlessly he knows exactly where each plant should go—not just to thrive, but to create a stunning, balanced design. His work completely transforms a space into something vibrant and beautiful.

They are racist . Treat customers wrong and halfway do jobs . They don’t complete their assigned jobs.

Superior Landscaping has done an incredible job servicing my yard on a weekly basis for about 5 years now. I would refer them to anyone!

Very unprofessional and lack of detail . My property looked better before they got here . They leave their trash everywhere from lunch all over the property . They were smoking in between jobs . I will never use this service again do yourself a favor and just keep scrolling .

Ownership is very unethical. Terrible service. STAY AWAY!

Let me give you MY personal review of Superior Landscapes .... Within this location were the landscaping thrives from .... Point of reference to this employer is within a remote location.... ... Located across the street from Texas Highway used to be located at...... Now there is a train station apart of the new developement that is now commercial...

My personal opinion as their franchiser... They cannot properly adhiere to simple mow and edge properties and expect more than a monthly rate from their customers to supply a mom and pops ran business, pretending to feel commercial. You will find better help from your neighbor with a push mower.

It seems as if all the equipment is there but nothing will make of this landscaping company due to interacial differences within the current two people manning the location for their own gain..... Poor quality mowing... No weeding provided... Clean up Cost does not mean they will haul debris.

Just skip past this company. They cannot handle corporate accounts. property looked worse than when they started. Came to job one time without equipment and just stood around. didn't cut the back for almost a month thinking we would not notice. never weeded the beds in 6 months. trimmed half the hedges in a 6month period.

Block two gas pumps while your crew eats lunch during the busiest time of day. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate
