I used this service for many years as the owner of the company lived in my neighborhood. Over the last few months of the relationship the yard crew would consistently leave the gate open at our property. This is a concern as we have a dog. This happened 7 times. This was discussed with management each time and we even had a meeting at my home with owner, work crew and supervisor. We finally had to terminate the relationship due to not being able to keep the gate closed. Our POA in this same neighborhood also had to fire Superior Landscapes as they failed to mow the neighborhood park on the agreed upon schedule. Their billing system is not the best and reaching someone by phone, text or email was very inconsistent. It took them 3 months to quote a landscape project due to poor internal communication and then they ended up being the highest quote. I have used multiple landscape and yard maintenance services for my businesses and personal use for over 30 years and Superior Landscapes has been the worst of all that I have dealt with.

6/22/24 Update - they came through today and ran the weedeater inside of my flowerbed again. It's surroundwd by huge stones. Do I need to surround it with orange cones instead?

Original -They are only supposed to maintain the GRASS. They scalped my flower bed with the weedeater. I had lilies (bulbs) and sweet potato vines in the early stages. I had weeded the flower bed by hand twice this spring so it wasn't overgrown with weeds. I had a lot of time and money invested in this space.

I posted pictures of what lilies and sweet potato vines look like. I don't know if it's reasonable to expect a lawncrew to distinguish what's a weed, but it should be self explanatory to stay out of a flower bed.

I heard that our neighborhood HOA had scolded them about not edging, I think this was a deliberate FU reaction by the crew.

I called and emailed the company before writing this review and only posted because the owner didn't respond.

The team of people that worked on our yard were all amazing! Every aspect of the redo on our lawn was great. The quality of work was excellent, the amount of time it took them to start and complete our job exceeded expectations and the price was better than other company’s we checked with. I would recommend them over and over!!!

Cedar Crest Gardens is fantastic! We had a large tree limb that fell after a storm and was leaning precariously against the house. I contacted them at 8:30 in the evening and was called back immediately by Joshua. He understood the urgency of our situation. He sent Daniel and his crew out the very next morning at 8:00am, and they did a great job of removing the limb, grinding up all the branches, and thoroughly cleaning up all the debris. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Cedar Crest for any landscaping work!

Cedar Crest Gardens has taken great care of our lawn and landscaping over the years. We just had some work done on the front flower beds and the price was comparable and the quality of the work was great. We had a few minor issues after the final walk through, and the team made sure to make it right and follow up in the end to be sure it was to our liking. Would definitely recommend!

Cedar Crest Gardens has an amazing crew, they are very professional, punctual, and courteous. They have the latest landscaping technology and introducing cool high tech equipment to us. They listened to my ideas and preferences and gave me helpful suggestions. They worked hard and efficiently, and completed the project on time and on budget. Now we are perfectly prepared for a photo shoot taking place in a few days. There’s a beautiful backdrop to showcase the tall grasses and fall flowers blooming in the butterfly garden! Cedar Crest Gardens goes the extra yard. The supervisor knew exactly what to do and communicated that to me, and suggested things I missed. The landscapers are excellent, hard workers, neat, and very competent. They were prompt and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

Loved working with Monica - She was referred by a friend and definitely exceeded our expectations! We had such a great experience with our landscape design process of our front yard that we decided to turf the backyard. Everything was done in a timely manner, all questions were answered, quotes were prompt and accurate, workers were kind, and it is clear that this company cares about quality. We would never consider anywhere else for landscaping needs!

I found the team on Thumbtack and was very impressed with their work! Showed up on time and did a great job. They even swept up areas where they had removed junk. I will be using them again in the future!
