Raul and his crew showed up less than an hour after I called needing them to remove a large storm-toppled pecan tree from my back yard and fallen oak limbs from the front yard. Despite being interrupted by YET ANOTHER downpour, they got all the work done in just a few hours. They also sawed off a big broken limb high in one of the oaks and -- at no extra charge -- even cut back a neighbor's fallen tree that was jutting dangerously into the street. To top it all off, Raul did a quick mowing of my front yard to mulch in fallen leaves and make everything look nice and neat. I will happily use Raul's crew the next time I need similar work done.

Excellent work. Very detailed proposal, and paid attention fine details. They trimmed two large trees for us and removed one very large shrub. They also did a general landscape cleanup, repaired and painted our fence, & removed and installed a new deck. Insured.

Marlin is truly the best. Ive never had s company go above and beyond like they have. Noe always makes sure to have his guys cover anything and everything when doing hardscape or anything messy. Mat,(The landscape architect) is the same. He
always makes sure everything is done just perfect. The crew is amazing.Ricardo works so hard and you can tell he takes great pride and joy in what he does. They all do! Marlin does a great job with the people they hire.They truly are all the best ! And Im super picky! I highly recommend them. No one else can compete with the level of care and attention that they give to their clients.

We just completed our second landscape project with Marlin over the last 3 years (2 different properties). My husband and I have many years experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. (I am retired from the outdoor living industry.) From my experience you definitely get what you pay for in the landscape industry. Marlin is the best in the DFW area for landscape design, warranty and maintenance. Glen, Steven, David, Luis and all the Marlin men are respectful of our home, polite, knowledgeable, excellent communicators and joyful! (No trash left on property ever!) Its rare to witness residential contractors that clearly love their jobs and enjoy their coworkers. The Marlin Men were a true all star team during our projects. They also maintain our landscape and outdoor living area weekly (even cleaning our grill, patio and outdoor furniture). Luis and the Marlin maintenance men make our outdoor areas feel like a 5 star resort! Thank you team Marlin for another beautiful project completed and maintaining the exterior of our home with such detail!

Yall need to look out more for your laborers$$ with a Drivers liciense and heavy experience.great people have been leaving the team.but maybe our voice doesnt reach...but then again we're landscapers but not all of us are cheap.

Marlin Landscape workers blew leaves and debris to children in school area. No any virtue. Many parents drop off and pick up students on Mondays - Fridays 7:30 am-8:30 am and 2:30 pm-4:00 pm. Please change your schedule to work near school zone.

They are the best lawn service in Dallas! They take care of details other companies ignore. They really take pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend them!

Seeing the unprofessional videos that are posted of the company employees on Facebook dancing around in clients yards and looking like a bunch of clowns.I don't think I would ever want them on one of my properties.

Excellent design services. Great follow through. The freeze of Feb 2021 caused many supply problems but they stuck with it. Highly recommend.

I cannot speak to how well they do their job... But their parking and people skills are lacking.

One of your employees (thin white guy in his 30s or 40s) nearly caused multiple accidents in downtown Dallas today. It was shortly after 5:00pm, meaning that there was a lot of traffic. Apparently bothered by this, your employee decided to drive like a sociopath, cutting off multiple vehicles and nearly rear-ending others with mere inches to spare. He then had the audacity to berate other drivers as if they were in the wrong for not getting out of his way and for driving like normal people. His license plate is FCC8808. White Ford F-150.

He’s a liability. You should address this before he causes a wreck.

We had a retaining wall built and landscaping updated, as well as irrigation updated to work with the new landscaping. High quality work at a reasonable price. I found them creative, helpful, cognizant of our budget, and above all fair and honest. Their crews were very professional and hard workers. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great installation, terrible warranty follow-up. I needed service within my warranty period, and they were slow (over a month) to respond. Not only was the issue not addressed to my satisfaction, but they tried repeatedly to bill me for it, even though it was within the warranty period. Good initial work, but poor customer service and warranty after the fact.

Employee was in a drive thru line at Chick-fil-A 2 weeks ago and he was extremely rude and obnoxious to the staff and cars in front of him because there was a delay in moving. I looked and couldn't believe this man was in a company vehicle behaving so badly. He got out of his truck (ending tag number 1766 or 1866 something like that) started moving cones and blowing his horn when his line was in a complete standstill. This person clearly has anger/patience issues. I would NEVER utilize this business based on what I saw from that employee. Ladies, I would definitely think twice on utilizing this company if you are unaccompanied.

Very disappointed with quality of work,
lack of communication, competence, and responsiveness. Our project should have been a 2-3 week hard scape project; it took over 4 months. We chose Marlin originally because a family member in highland park used them, but based on our experience I would NEVER recommend this company.
