I had Luxury Lawn install turf in my shaded backyard and they did a wonderful job. The installers were very professional. The reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. My dogs don’t even mind the turf and I enjoy not having to wipe off muddy paws every time it rains. I’m so glad i went with Luxury Lawn to install my turf.

Kevin did an excellent job taking down our Christmas lights. He was very courteous and professional. We plan on using him and his team to do landscaping work in the spring.

Kevin installed our Christmas lights and did an amazing job! The prior year we had someone else do it and he ruined the paint. Kevin paid attention to detail and took good care of our home.

Wonderful woman-owned landscaping company, has small business family values and takes excellent care of their clients.

Tried working with Bram on a backyard design. His delays in responding to us was so unprofessional. We would wait weeks, for a response. He would say he’d respond by a certain time, then would not. The process started in April, finally by September we had working drawing. Then upon making some plant changes, and waiting for a final draft. He never finished and went MIA. Part of the plan was to get a fence, which he told us would not happen due to a lumber shortage. We contacted a fence company, had it installed in 5 weeks. We have moved ahead, using other companies. Not sure what happened here, but their communication is terrible.

I used this company for over 2 years, and generally had a good experience. Recently though I received an email saying they were increasing my rate by about 100%. Apparently inflation is running 100% these days? The new rate does come with a new service though. They charge an extra $200 a month to "remotely monitor your irrigation system" (a service you are required to take). Do people really need to pay $200 a month to have someone remotely monitor their irrigation system? Very odd business decisions going on here.

We’ve been using Roundtree for 6-12 months and they’ve been great. Our plants are flourishing. When we had issues with some newly transferred plants not thriving, they attempted to save the plants and then ultimately replaced them without hassle. We’re very happy with the service that we receive and our yard is looking better than ever.

Please tell your employees don’t take up all the pumps when not getting gas. People have to work and need gas too. Inside getting snacks and holding up the pumps is not cool.
