Their sales person, Buck, submitted a bid through Househappy a referral service that my credit Union offers. I accepted the bid, 5 weeks passed, Way too much time trying to get a hold of them to give them my business. Simply Unprofessional and Unresponsive. I finally got a hold of the owner Jake. Found his cell number in a response, he left to an upset customer on Yelp. He told me he didn't know who Househappy was and they didn't have a relationship with them. His sales and marketing guy Buck was the one who submitted the bid.. Anyway. Interestingly per the same response that he left to that other customer on Yelp, he recently bought this business from the original owner. So though the company he purchased has been in business since the 1990's, he himself has not. He said he would call me back, he never did. I canceled the job with Househappy who also said they were removing his company from their platform for poor performance. Wether they did or not, I do not know. What I do know is Buck and Jake couldnt execute and start a simple service agreement that they initiated. Don't waste your time. What a shame...what a waste of my time. I passed on other bids from other professionals because I accepted their offer. I then had to go through the entire process of searching and getting bids again.

We made the switch to North Dallas Landscape and our yard has never looked better. Jake and his team are great to work with and super attentive to detail. They treat our yard like it was there own.

Responsive, reasonable and respectful of our budget and home while onsite. Our plants are growing in beautifully and the sod they installed in our yard to cover some patches is high quality. The owner was onsite, even personally installing our front planters, and checking in on the crew. Great work!

I called these people over a week ago and scheduled a time for Karen to come out. She came out and I told her what I wanted. She told me she would have a quote for me early this week. We are now over a week later and she didn't get back to me or even have the courtesy to touch base and let me know she was going to be late with a quote or wasn't able to do the job. Skip this company. They are unprofessional.

North Dallas Landscapes did an excellent job grading and installing sod in our backyard. Jake was responsive and quick to offer a comprehensive quote. When the weather forecast showed signs of rain the date of our install, he had the crew come over a day early. Jake's team worked quickly, efficiently and thoroughly to transform our backyard. We love it and cannot recommended North Dallas Landscapes enough. 10/10 recommend!

We have been searching for a great yard maintenance and landscaping company since moving to Dallas. We tried one and also got many estimates with no luck. Then my husband saw the flyer for North Dallas Landscapes and gave them a call. Jake immediately got us on the schedule and was incredibly responsive! His prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality work North Dallas Landscapes delivers to their customers. We liked North Dallas Landscapes so much that we asked Jake to redesign all of the landscaping around our home. He was so easy to work with on the design-Jake listened to our concerns and preferences and created wonderful garden beds and new sod. His teams were tidy, hard working, and used high quality plants and materials. We have received so many compliments from our neighbors, and we love the new curb appeal our home and yards now have thanks to North Dallas Landscapes! My husband and I recommend North Dallas Landscapes to all of our Dallas friends and neighbors. They do wonderful work, are very organized and responsive, and they are easy to work with to get a great looking yard!

Fantastic experience with Jake and North Dallas Landscapes. I have been using them for regular lawn maintenance for the past couple of months and recently had them do a complete overhaul on the many flower beds on my property. They cleaned up all the old growth so nicely and installed a variety of beautiful, low-maintenance plants to beautify my home. Communication has been quick and easy, and they have an online platform to manage payments and service requests. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the quality of work and the expertise from North Dallas Landscapes in taking out an overgrown, wildly out-of-control border and replacing it with a low maintenance solution which blends well with our mature trees. Jake had far better ideas than I did for fixing the problem, and the quality, size and condition of the plants he used were excellent. I particularly like that the plants are sized to look good now, and will look even better as they grow. North Dallas Landscapes also replaced our existing grass with zeon zoysia, which looks fabulous, is so much better suited to our Dallas summers than our previous St. Augustine, and is a delight to walk on. His teams of workers went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed right, looked great, and that we were very, very happy with the job. A definite two thumbs-up!

Started using the company early this year for mowing yard, mulching our landscape beds, fixing my irrigation system, and getting help with planting several new trees. Everything about their service is excellent. They show up when scheduled, do excellent work, communicate well, and clean up after all work. And, on top of all that, their prices are very reasonable. I can’t say enough about their five star Sevice!
