Marco Crosland was the Arborist who came out to consult with me about a large oak tree and a sick crepe Myrtle bush. He was very knowledgeable and took his time talking with us about options for our plants. I would definitely call him again if I need the help of an arborist in the future.

Saul and his crew pruned 2 trees for the HOA that were getting to close to my house today. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with their work. Will definitely call Southern Botanical for my tree pruning.

I spotted their crews trimming TCU's magnificent live oaks one day and called. They provide great customer service by communicating really well, and my 12 large oak trees have never looked better. The arborist, Kenny, explains everything up front and even checks back to make sure the work is done to his satisfaction. I am a totally satisfied client and will be using their services again.

We had a 40-50 year old cedar elm split and lose half of the tree. I met with Marco Crossland, who met with me to diagnose what options we have in lieu of cutting the remaining part of the tree down. His crew was able to remove branches near the top of the tree to lighten it and increase the likelihood of it’s survival. They tended to the trunk damage and set the tree up for survival. From the first to the last last conversation I had with he and his team, they were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. The said that they were going to do at the price agreed upon and then did exactly that. We know that doesn’t always happen and I would definitely use them again.

Marco Crosland with Southern Botanical Landscaping came to my house to discuss some yard work. He did a great job explaining what deeded to be done. He knows his business. But, more importantly he had a great personality, Enjoyed visiting with him.
The landscape company who I have done business with for several years also visited. I decided to continue with them. If not, Marco's company would have been chosen.

Outstanding in every aspect from design to installation and beyond. We were in the middle of a 6 figure project and found ourselves dealing with a nightmare situation with another high end landscape/design company. We fired the other company and called Southern Botanical to take over the project. They jumped in and truly saved the day. Henry Payne, Operations Manager/Design Build, and his designer worked with us to get back on track--they moved quickly and efficiently to get the work completed. Cutberto and Neri, the project managers, did an impeccable job with the installation. The plant materials that were selected from the nursery were gorgeous and our yard looks spectacular. These guys were out here on a regular basis checking the irrigation settings and the plant growth. Their written estimates are professional and detailed. They do what they say they will do and plant what is actually on the proposal. Phone calls and texts are answered quickly. We highly recommend Southern Botanical for your residential project.

We contacted Southern Botanical for an estimate to trim and shape some live oaks, crepe myrtles and Vitek. Marco Crosland came out and made some excellent suggestions, including reviewing the roots of our patio hollys and calling attention to some issues we weren't aware of. Ultimately we decided to postpone the work, but Marco was very professional with his follow up and we appreciated his attention to detail.

Southern Botanical has been great to work with as we update our residential landscaping. We’ve done extensive work with them to prune trees, install a patio, replant grass, and redesign all the plant beds on our 2 acre property. Our design manager Victor has been great to work with and took the time to understand our needs and goals for the project. Cutberto was our project manager and he ensured things were done efficiently while keeping us up to date. We’ve been extremely pleased with the outcome and would continue to use Southern Botanical in the future.

We had an incredible experience with Southern Botanical, specifically Preston our landscape designer and Cutberto our project manager. We had a complete renovation of our front yard and side yards, with all new sod, new plantings, stonework, etc. and the entire process from our first phone call to SB to the last day of work on our property was practically flawless. The communication alone is worthy of a five star review. All texts and phones calls were returned almost immediately, with the SB team even checking in on weekends to ensure all was going well. Their work and attention to detail is impeccable. I cannot recommend them enough!

Had 2 large live oaks & 1 small tree trimmed this past week. The guys were amazing to watch. They used safety features to keep property safe & themselves safe in the trees (eye protection, ear protection, safety climbing harness, belts, etc). The most professional & thorough job I've seen. They answered my questions, cleaned up completely. I'm very satisfied.

Additionally, they performed a root-flare exposure (different technician, different day). Also a thorough job, also carefully done. Clean and neat.

The arborist who did the initial writeup was most helpful while I decided what services I wanted.

Southern Botanical is the best! Their arborist Logan Slaughter helped out from start to finish. He was very patient with all the changes I had to make, and oversaw the work when they came out to do the job. Vargas was the crew leader, and saw that the job was done in a timely manner, and everything was cleaned up beautifully afterwards. His crew worked tirelessly until all the work was finished. Logan made sure that all the special requests I had for the job were taken care of. We will definitely be using them for all future yard work!

I had a 20 year old tree that, unfortunately, died and had to have it removed. I have EXTREMELY nice grass, and was very concerned about tearing it up with this process. We actually have people stopping to take pictures of my yard and inquire on the grass.

After researching multiple services, I made the decision to use Southern Botanical for the tree removal and replanting the new tree. I knew the grinding of the dead stump would be a very messy process.
Their contractor, Mario, did such a great job with the cleanup and removing the wood shavings. Aside from the stump being gone, you can’t even tell he was there .
Very impressed with their attention to cleanliness and not tearing up the grass.

We were very pleased with the work of the Southern Botanical crew of Gerardo, Oscar, and Victor at our house last week. They trimmed two large live oaks, redid the cabling in the top of one, and did maintenance trimming on several large crepe myrtles. They were on time, organized, efficient, and did an excellent job!!! We will be calling them again in the future. Janie Frank
