Gardens for Texas installed new sod in our front and back yards, planted flowers and some new plants, and cleaned up our flower beds. They did a great job! I highly recommend!

Gardens for Texas completely transformed my front yard from dead grass to a xeriscape of native Texas plants and they did a wonderful job. They were very professional and thorough on the preparation of material removal, levelling and proper installation. The ground drains great, looks wonderful and definitely added value to my home. I would highly recommend! The crew was polite, on time, professional, clean and hard working. Very good experience. If you need expertise and high quality work done, these folks are a top option.

We had a wonderful experience with Gardens for Texas! They were fabulous in terms of communication as well as design and implementation of our xeriscaped front yard two years ago. Our recommended native plants have survived both freezes and 110 degree weather. They have also been very responsive with maintenance as needed since installation. We are very pleased!

Gardens for Texas did a wonderful job creating a sitting area and flower bed in my front yard! I wanted an area where I could put a bench and also a flower bed to enhance the appearance of my front lawn. They created a beautiful plan by putting slate down for a bench and an additional flower bed. I love the plants they chose for the flower bed! I will definitely use Gardens for Texas for my next project!

I've been a long-time (20+ years) client of Gardens for Texas. They have great ideas and do an excellent job with my landscaping projects including seasonal planting.

Jamie, Sandra and the rest of their team did an outstanding job of re-creating our yard “2.0” from scratch. After completing numerous upgrades on the home interior, the final major project was to re-envision our yard as if starting from scratch. Color that would pop and unfold throughout the year was introduced and the 26-year old irrigation system was totally replaced. Our pride and joy is the raised Cor-Ten steel raised vegetable and herb garden on the east side yard. With flexible PVC row hoops and frost covers added, my first ever winter crop is now poking above the ground.

From the landscape design process through the irrigation & landscape installation, punch list and warranty work to promptly replace the few plants that didn’t survive the brutal summer, the team was very responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I are both registered architects so we know how to evaluate, hire and manage other design professionals. This women owned business is one that I can enthusiastically endorse as being right for us and anyone else wanting to refresh their landscaping and get it done right the first time.

Gardens for Texas landscaped our added backyard, reclaimed from the driveway. Jamie was very responsive and collaborative with us in the design process. The crew was timely and efficient completing the work, and she clearly communicated expectations throughout the project. We would not hesitate to call them again.

We had an incredible experience with Gardens for Texas redoing our entire backyard. We put in grass, created a flower bed and planted flowers and trees. We also extended the patio, which they coordinated so that we didn't have to worry about it. They worked with our budget to create something beautiful and manageable. On top of that, they provided great service months after installation when we had a couple of trees that did not survive. Can't wait to contact them again to work on our front yard.

I have worked with Gardens for texas for probably 15 years on various projects in my garden and landscape (including around my pool after it was installes.) They are wonderful to work with very responsive and their designs are top-notch.

I used Gardens for Texas to landscape the backyard in my North Dallas home after they did a great job with some front beds last fall. They're the best landscaping company in DFW that I've used. Weeds had literally overtaken the back corner (pictured) after we had to have a large tree removed. Gardens for Texas came out and put down a weed barrier, landscaped around the root system of the tree we removed and then mulched everything all in the matter of an afternoon. When a few of the plants they installed didn't make it through the heat of summer, because of their warranty we just gave them a call and they came right out and happily replaced them at no cost.

Jamie and her crew did a wonderful job of transforming our front, back and side yards into places of beauty after our plants and grass had been ravaged by freezes, heat waves and a dog who was our house guest for two years. The installation proceeded went along without a hitch and was as promised.

I am so happy with the landscape project we did with Gardens for Texas. Jamie was responsive, listened to my feedback and made adjustments to keep the project under budget. We replaced most of our front lawn with xeriscaping, and removed a buckling walkway with floating pavers. I initially reached out for our front garden with my primary goals being: attract bees, butterflies and hummingbirds with colorful native plants that won’t require inordinate amounts of watering.
I was so happy with the plan for the front garden, I requested a plan for the backyard, as well. Jamie listened to me and was able to provide me with gardens full of native plants that look beautiful and have thrived throughout the year and attracted a variety of life.

Gardens of Texas did a wonderful job updating our landscaping in both our front and back yards here in Dallas. They drew up a plan to use some of our existing plants/trees with the addition of new plants/trees to fill in and give color and texture to our rather sad existing landscaping. Now when our guests pull up to our front yard, they see a variety of plants and trees that outline our house - and when we sit in our back yard, we have colorful plants and a lovely vine growing up our brick wall. The price was also very reasonable. Jamie and her crew were easy to work with on this landscape updating project. I would highly recommend them.
