Very prompt for our scheduled meeting, listened to my needs,offered suggestions and quoted a price while at my home. He was very reasonable and able to start in a timely manner. Once the system was fully installed ,he spent the time going over the zones and how to operate the system. I would definitely call him for any future needs.

Victor and his team are very professional and great. My grass and sprinkler system came out amazing. Enrique was great going through everything to make sure the system was set up properly. Victor was very responsive to questions and provided an aftercare plan for the newly installed sod.

My front yard was bare and HOA was calling me about this. STARTEX LANDSCAPING came out, installed grass sod and it looks beautiful now! The workers took their time and did a really good job! Of all the responses I got for this job, Victor from Startex had the most reasonable price. He answered all my questions satisfactorily. I'm very pleased!

Excellent service and work! I discovered Victor’s company through a neighborhood media page. I called Victor out to take a look at my property and explained what I thought I needed. Victor listened, took excellent notes, offered suggestions, even understood I needed the project in phases. Curb to back yard fence, 100% upgrade! Victor’s team installed French drains, build retaining flower beds to assist in a completed foundation job to retain soil and avoid erosion, replaced an outdated sprinkler system, corrected and rerouted sprinkler heads, massively pruned a 15 year old tree, and laid zoysia palisade from front to back! The entire team was very professional and were always very respectful on my property! Thank you for making my home what it is today! I have referred your company to many! I hope they enjoy your services as much as I have! If I have issues or need something, Victor is the 1st company I will contact!

This had to be one of worst experiences I have ever encountered. I only gave 1 star becaus it made me before posting a comment. They did not move all my items & didn't stick with the policies. They're very unprofessional. PLEASEEEE NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE

We just had a huge winter storm in Texas. The ice was still spotty on the roads. There were 2 movers + 1 driver. They were fast, cautious, friendly, and kept well within my 3 hour limit. I highly recommend them and would use them again. - Kellye

The guys were very quick & communicated well throughout the entire move. They showed up within their allotted time frame & completed my move within the 2 hr mark. I will definitely use them again!

I will change this review AFTER I get a answer back and ACTUALLY become able to use their services. I purchased a Groupon so that I wouldn't have to find help moving my things into storage. I have been calling and leaving text messages and have yet to talk to anyone on the phone or through texts. That is really unprofessional.

Bought a Groupon and called them to make an appointment. No answer, so I texted Carlos. He replied asking if next week was okay. I asked him if Saturday next week was fine. Then I got a text from a different number named Carol. I gave her my information and she gave me the available times on Saturday. I then told her I had a Groupon. This was at 12:30 pm today, she hasn’t answered any text or call once I mentioned my Groupon.

This company broke my 55inch TV and is refusing to pay for a replacement. 11/1/2020 I requested this moving company "A Rate Moving LLC" from Groupon, a 2 man job to move about 15 boxes of items to my new apartment location, all items were in boxes with the exception of 2 flat screen TV's, a 26 inch AND Vizio 55 inch TV in which they carried them both from and to the 2nd floor at both locations. Once the job was complete I paid them $200 in cash, $185 for which I was quoted and a $15 tip which I wish I could take back. Later that evening, I turned on my 55inch TV, there was no picture and it had a large scratch within in the screen. While Carlos (Robert) the lead supervisor may come across charismatic and polite, he is a wolf in sheep's clothing!! I had to argue with him about them damaging it and he refuses to replace the TV which I paid $500 only 6 months ago for it and he is only wanting to pay me 60 cents per pound which equaled only $50 and I had to chase him down for that. I WILL NOT USE OR EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! They are frauds and liars with no integrity.

The moving team arrived at the initial time provided when scheduling the move, called beforehand to confirm and arrived with a smile ready to load.
The team provided a great deal of care and flexibility with loading/unloading.
It made the move a no stress, fun experience...all at a great price 👍🏼!!

I hired these guys to help me move and they was the worst company I have ever hired. They didn’t take all my items, they didn’t wrap my furniture. I have a pair of $1400.00 suede chairs that they had dirty hand prints on my chairs and they refused to have my chairs cleaned. The guy went as far as blocking my number when I called him. Please don’t waste your time with a company that don’t value the people that hire them. Aweful company

This is my second time using this company and they are great! Dennis was highly professional, the team was timely, fast , careful with my items, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I absolutely suggest using this company.

Probably the best movers I've ever used. They made a very difficult process smooth as could be. Showed up first thing in the morning, got everything loaded, moved and unloaded in the time quoted. Scheduling was a piece of cake as well. Will definitely use them again!

The company has been a pleasure to work with. The process has been simple and the movers were quick and professional. They made sure the day before that everything was still good to go and were able to work with me when there was a slight change to the plans.

ARATING moving staffs is by far the best I have found during my moving experience and I have moved a lot in the past but from now on I will use this company only. The price, the customer service is amazing. Carlos is calling in between the moving process to make sure everything is good.

The movers showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The extra person to wrap and secure my furniture while the others moved it, made my whole process very smooth. I’ll be sure to use these guys every time I move!!! Highly recommend!!
