This company has been extremely unprofessional. Their communication and customer service are poor, and they failed to move everything as instructed but still insisted on charging the full price. Obtaining a refund has been incredibly difficult.

I do not recommend their services.

The service was incredible and I definitely got my money’s worth. The two men were efficient and quick and were able to get me all moved out of my old apartment and into my new one in under three hours. They were friendly and cooperative and I will definitely be using them again when I move out!

Seriously, the service was amazing, I recommend them to everyone.

Decent staff... wish there was better communication. We unfortunately scheduled our move in the middle of a winter storm which had unprecedented impact. They worked with us to reschedule, however there was an awful lack of communication between the reps and the actual movers/ staff. One would call and confirm my move , the other would call and reschedule. This happened twice after we intentionally rescheduled once. Or I would have to call to “double check” because they didn’t always call me first to keep us updated. Understanding that they want to keep themselves and their staff safe, it should have been better communicated. Also, it’s better if you must, to just book with the company directly. Groupon voucher doesn’t even cover the move and is very misleading.

The two movers they sent for me (didn’t catch their names) were AMAZING. They were punctual, efficient, and very organized. My things were already packed and ready to go. They handled everything with care and were done before the 3 hour time slot I booked. Would definitely use again!!!

If I could give this zero stars I would. Do not ignore the 3 ratings like I did. Believe all the negative reviews.

Happy customer😊 They were on time, polite, helpful, careful, & moved quickly. There were no hidden fees or trouble scheduling. I wrapped my own furniture because I wanted to stay within my 2 hr window and For the same reason I had things ready to go when they got there. I definitely would use them again and I recommend them if you are looking for a mover. Thanks for a good experience!

First I thought I was getting a discount off of group for 3hours until I called and scheduled the appointment then after they got here they Spent time taking pictures Screwing off glass unnecessary stuff wasting time for 2 hours .. About a hour and a 1/2 being here. They only had 3 things on the truck. So I contacted the manager and told him to tell them to speed up. He said, he will call them ...the waited until 30 mins then want to act like hes rushing leaving lil items here behind talking about the time.I didnt have much at all ...king bedroom set ,twin bed and dresser, bar cabinet etc no furniture no washer and dryer...not even a full 2 brd house of stuff cause i sold most of it but anyway.get there unload and went they over time when boss said they was good cause i dont have extra money cause the moving like snails and tried to charge me more when.. agreed on a final payment left my stuff on sidewalk off the truck cause i wouldn't give him a 200 dollars on top of the 161 that i was supposed to pay when their done and said he i was Broke... in all i paid 139 groupon and 200 dollars 2 them ,339 total, so it's not a special.. so just imagine if i was dumb enough to pay 138 groupon the 400 smh just to move a bedroom set and boxes...they tresh

I am SO thankful I found A Rating Moving. Their service was great and it only took the 2 young men 20 MINUTES to get all my furniture and boxes out of my house (2 story home) and into the truck! I was blown away and the cost was SO worth it (even though the price was very reasonable to start). Granted, I did not have much to move - 4 largeish furniture items (bed frame, mattress, small kitchen table, box spring) and a clump of boxes. I would recommend this company to everyone, I am so glad I found them!! The prices of other companies were absurd, esp since I did not have much to move. Thank you, A Rating Moving! I will need your help again in the future!

Purchased on Groupon for $55 then called and they had an $80 gas charge for under 25 miles drive. That math doesn’t math. Plus they added charges for the items and then a fee for stairs. I understand the stairs but I don’t for items and would be happy to pay for gas but not $80. Just terrible practice! Then he said I can complain any where I want. So here I am.

The worst customer service ever and they do not honor their word. DO NOT book with this company. I called to schedule a move Monday for Friday that week. The lady on the phone told me the dates and times I wanted were available. She was slated to text us a form to complete and wait for approval. After waiting for about 30mins we called back to discover she typed in the wrong number. We were expecting back a confirmation email in which we never received. We never heard from the company. Called several times on the day we booked. She went on about how busy they were and how the time we had slated wasn’t available so a confirmation was never sent after she told us it was available. The lady stated it was our responsibility to check on the move. We were checking in to find out the date she said was available actually wasn’t. They did not honor their word and they did not hold up to the processes they put in place. Worst company ever. Go ahead and pay for quality service and movers. They don’t even deserve a clientele. Don’t waste your time on unprofessional people who treat customers like trash.

If I could give no stars I would. I thought about using their service until how I seen they treated a friend of mines. They intentionally came with a smaller truck and worked super slow, so they could charge my friend extra for the service. Not only did they charge extra for them working slowly, they didn’t even have the decency to make additional trips to move all of the items out of the other home knowing they came with a smaller truck than requested.
Poor customer service and a rip off if you ask me. Also a lot of the it’s they moved was handled poorly and broken.

Yesterday was my third booking in two years with the company and it usually goes without incident. This time the booking process was different and more difficult it was hard to speak with an actual person. The last time I booked three hours to combine two storages they were done in 1 hour and 30 with two movers I paid for the three hours they didn’t offer any refunds or partial payment for the time that was left over. Which I didn’t trip about I went on about my day. Yesterday 3 movers showed up to the same storage one with a clipboard that I assumed was going to help the other two guys move. He stood around and made excuses about how they weren’t going to be able to finish in two hours if we could add a extra hour that would help I said okay came with the additional $119 and came back like okay can y’all do the additional hour he said no we will still not be able to finish in three hours and held the clipboard the whole time talking rudely and disrespectfully which then made me upset he knocked my deceased mother’s tv down and said it was his fault when he was the only person standing there they broke dishes. I paid $49 non negotiable for things to be wrapped they wrapped nothing and the things that did move were already wrapped from the previous move. Then to add to the further frustration they took an additional hour to get to the drop off destination knowing that the clock was running. Meanwhile my sister and I called both numbers listed trying to get a supervisor no one answered. Once the got to the drop off “Mr. Clipboard” continues to talk unprofessionally told my sister had arrived to assist because I’m 7 months pregnant that he was going to let them know to drop our mother’s belongings off into the alleyway instead of the garage that we wanted them in. That furthered the issue and made my sister call the police. Once the police got there and instructed them to place the items in the garage he stood there with the clipboard and didn’t move anything. The officer stayed until completion and the guy was still trying to size us up. I finally got through to the company they were no help and asked to speak to clipboard and told him to “handle it”. Customer service was not present throughout the whole process. I suggest you find another company to book with so you don’t have to experience what we had to yesterday would not recommend.

I’m super satisfied - I worked with Diego team. My items where already pack and ready to go, no loose items, however, they where VERY organized on time and priced right. I have very heavy furniture it was handle with care.1 bed room apartment under 3 hours including travel and yes! I tip very well. I definitely recommend.

The three guys that moved me from premier Designs and Moving did such a good job. They worked carefully but yet not slowly. They were kind and professional and did the best job I could have asked for. They were all hardworking guys. I highly recommend. They have actually moved several family members too and we've all had a great experience.

We had Fabian, Zack, and Manuel. Highly recommended. These guys worked their tales off in 100° heat all day and were very fast, efficient, and careful. They were also very respectful of our belongings and very polite to my family. The value was great compared to other moving companies.

Thank you for making our move as easy as possible. We will be using them again.

Overall amazing experience Nate and Martin wrapped our furniture, handled and loaded all our furniture with care! We had some heavy bedroom pieces we were worried they were too heavy they carried it up to the 2nd floor of our apartment with ease. They were respectful, friendly and carried all our heavy boxes and furniture then put it into place. They made moving easy and less stressful! We have referred them to friends and family that are moving soon and we will be using them in our future moves! Worth the rate so thankful to have had Premier Designs & Moving Help!

Micheal and byran were so awesome helping me and my boyfriend for our first apartment we thank you guys so much !🥰😁 for doing our TV mounting and were super quick with it and places it perfectly 👌. They helped us so much! Thank again you guys !!

I had an awesome experience with Navid! The movers were professional, friendly, and handled my stuff with care. They even helped set up my furniture. I had my 3 small children running around and they were very careful and friendly. Highly recommend for an stress-free move! I will be using them again

They were accommodating and got all my furniture out of my apartment so quickly. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs them and I recommend them to you 100%!!

I was recommended this company by a new friend of mine, who was planning to use them as well. Naveed was extremely responsive, and was absolutely professional in the planning phase of my move. He was not only upfront with all cost, but I loved that they had a flat rate, and I didn’t feel like I was going to be gouged at the end of my move.

I just wanted to shout out that I was extremely impressed by both Micah and Martin… They did an amazing job and we’re super professional, I will definitely be recommending your company. Should anybody I know need movers. Thank y’all again for the amazing service!
