Personal Touch Tree Service did work on one of our trees by bolting and cabling the trunk since it was splitting. 3 months in, one of the cables snapped. When calling about warranty work, they claimed they would make time to come out and do the repair ASAP. - that was not the case. The owner, Jim came out and agreed to have one of his foreman do the repair later in the month but this never happened. After calling numerous times about this, i eventually was ignored and continued to be ignored by both the owner and the Shirley who coordinates jobs.

I have known and used Jim Breaux's arborist skills for years. I always feel like Jim's team of trimmers are knowledgeable and 'respect' the trees. I've been very happy with their work. And they do a great job of cleaning up afterwards as well

I've had great experiences with this company for tree trimming. On two occasions they've also come out to look at trees and told me that nothing needs doing. I appreciate the fact they give an honest opinion rather than selling unnecessary services. Will continue to use them in future.

I did not actually use this company, instead my neighbor hired them to cut my trees. We came home from vacation early to find these guys cutting our trees. They told our neighbor that they could do whatever they wanted with our trees that cover their airspace and they don't even need to tell us. We consulted with an attorney and this is not true, it is more complicated than just airspace and involves easement. Personal Touch did not bother to tell that to my neighbor or even know or understand that. I've reported their unethical behavior to the city of Dallas. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!

Super friendly in the office, where you pay first. Decent price ! Great customer service ,outside, that loads the wood for you. In my case, in the trunk of my car. I will definitely be back!!

Bought a truckload of wood Friday. Very disappointed. The wood has obviously not had time to season. The only way I can get it to burn is to leave my gas jets on continuously.

I stopped in to just buy a few logs for a scout camping trip. The man behind the counter was an eagle scout and he was very helpful and friendly. They helped me load up the back of my car and I was on my way quickly.

Kinda rude owner. I stopped to ask if they would deliver but he treated me like trash. Hurt my feelings really. I was going to have a friend meet me to help me get the wood to my home but I asked about the delivery. He wanted to charge 150 percent of the wood cost. For $25.00 worth of wood he wanted $70 to deliver it. Crazy old man. The $25 was for only an 1/16 cord. No way. I go through that in less than a week.

Honest business with excellent prices. The people respond rapidly and show a great concern for their customers. James Thompson was a pleasure to work with. This business has true professionals who are extremely knowledgeable.

Quick and easy to pop in and get some firewood and pop out. Crew loads it up in minutes and you are on your way. Was able to get a couple of bundles into the ol’ VW Golf. They also have free mulch so my new spot for firewood and mulch.

Pretty good experience. James answered all my random questions about trees and now I know what species they all are. Prices were good. Basic trimming was about $75/tree.

The 1* review about the neighbors is 100% wrong. In Texas/Dallas there are now laws against trimming to the property line as long as it doesn't essentially kill the tree.

A limb broke and was resting on the wires going into my home. This company was here in 45 minutes to access and quote a reasonable price. They removed the limb cleanly and chipped up the branches. All done in quick time.
They get a perfect score in all ways!!
