Personal Touch Tree Service has been in the business for decades and it shows. I also appreciate that they treat their entire team like family. Good people and good company all the way around.

Great service. Had mistletoe removed from large cedar elm. Every bit of mistletoe gone. Also trimmed large live oak. Also a fantastic job. Reasonable price.

Had a leaning 50'-60' Elm removed that was hanging over several other trees, the crew brought it down with no issues. They were safe and technical in their approach. Very satisfied.

Great customer service.. 1/2 cord will run you around a bill fifty. Take cash to avoid tax.

They must be independantly wealthy. Never get call-backs at all. I followed up once. Not any more, though. I'm not on their payroll. How rich do ya gotta be to just not care about new customers? I'll find someone who needs the income.

This is my 2nd year coming here. This company has spoiled me rotten.
You are wasting your money if you go buy wood from a corner store or a grocery store. You have to come here to get the best for your money.
This morning I decided to come here since we have that winter storm coming this weekend. The young man at the front counter was soooo very sweet and nice and easy on the eyes, may I add. :-) Although there was a long line behind me, he took the time to explain to me about the different woods they have and what the word "cord" meant. LOL. I love it here!!!!

Disrespectfully ignore “no soliciting or trespassing” signs at homes.

I have 3 No Soliciting signs at my door yet they still came up and left a business card on my porch. Clearly they are soliciting illegally because the city requires a background and permit. They also emphasize that you are NOT allowed to approach homes with the No Soliciting signs. Unprofessional and not a way to conduct your business.

They trimming my tree professionally! Clean up very well including the leaves on the roof. I will use them for all my trees from now on.
