If you are looking for an honest man who does what he tells you he will do, Raul, at Tree Arbor is that man. Just used him and his crew to remove a 40+ year old red oak that did not survive winter storm. Huge job, and I could not be more pleased. Truly a blessing to me too. 🙏🏻 Excellent value. Placed the initial call and Raul came same day. Team followed HOA regulations to remove a 24 year old tree. Most roots were removed. Cleaned area and prepped for replacing a tree. New tree planted. Replaced a few of the original large stones around the base of tree. Thank you Raul. Highly recommend this service and this team.

Raul was quick to come by, assessed I was in an emergency situation (my tree was rotting, falling apart, and might have fallen on the house without warning). With a crew the next morning, he safely removed the whole tree in less than a day at a fair price.

Honestly, I would recommend his service to anyone.

Was in the market looking for a tree removal service and found *True Arbor Tree Services* on Google.

I must have called atleast a dozen services as my budget was limited.

After much consideration, I not only found the quote offered by TATS reasonable but their interactions with me very cordial and professional.

Usually communication takes a nosedive when the operating budget of the customer is low but I was really impressed with how well the crew worked with me.

From start to finish, they merely took an hour and worked almost like a F1 pit crew.

I highly recommend *True Arbor Tree Service* and wish them all the very best.

Poor work ethic! I had service done by this company. So many poor service interactions. First no one on the crew spoke English. They kept having to call owner to communicate with me. He wasn’t there so poor communication. Then the older gentleman in the back was supposed to trim the crepe Myrtle. He pulls up ALL my moon flowers. Trimmed the bottom of the tree not the top. Then he lied and said I told him to pull up all the flowers. I get off work. Mess all over my yard that I had to go clean up. Two days later branches falling out the big tree in the front yard. Then the most recent fiasco, they were supposed to dig up a root in the backyard that I was told it was a weed. No it’s a tree stump!
They cut it down with a saw and covered it up with dirt! Lo and behold it’s growing back. Spoke to the owner who said he was coming on Saturday. He was a no call no show! Haven’t heard back from him. If you want quality work for your money don’t bother with these folks! Waste of your time and money! No! I don’t recommend them to anyone!!!’

I guess because I wasn’t Hispanic I did not deserve quality work for payment. I told all my colleagues and neighbors not to bother with your company. Unprofessional. The owner asked if I wanted a refund. I told him yes, j still have to pay someone for the work your guys didn’t do. Never heard from him again! I don’t think business will be going well and stop hiding behind religion. Get some ethics, integrity, and hire folks with a work ethic! Period.

These tree trimmers were professional in every sense of the word. They trimmed and shaped my 40 year old oak tree in 4 hours including chipping and cleanup and a very reasonable price. Thanks for an excellent service.

Very professional and friendly staff. Actually had 2 tree climbers on the job at my house. Hard to find these days. Some companies use heavy equipment with a lift bucket which damages yard. Great job at a reasonable price. Called on Saturday before Memorial Day and Raul was at my house within an hour. I will definitely be using them for all future tree care needs. They actually listened when I made suggestions on additional areas I thought needed attention. Previous owner hadn’t maintained them in years. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

Our Homeowners Association chose True Arbor to tidy up our community owned trees. After watching their workers, the progress and professionalism, I called the office to get a quote.

Of the four I called, the weren't the least expensive, but definitely had the best Google Reviews. I called back and they came out the next day to shape my tree and relieve the limbs of overgrowth and dead limbs, prior to storms and inclement weather.

They were on-time and did a great job of cleaning up limbs a debris.

I requested the removal of a large tree from the front of my house due to its roots growing dangerously close to my living room floor. I wasn't even home when the job was done, but they did an excellent job! The service was outstanding and reasonably priced! 👏 👏 👏

Great job! Professional. Compared to 3 other quotes, price was within the same range but I definitely got more value. They raised the lower canopy on our 60-70yr old live oak tree. Helped us clean up and manicure an out of control giant Crepe Myrtle, which was growing up into the service lines. Removed a sick crepe Myrtle and a big shrub. Trimmed back my neighbors tree growing over our power line and driveway. Also spoke with our neighbor and they decided to also trim the rest of their tree to even it out.

Overall highly recommend. There were a lot of things they did not not have to do, but they were not there to nickel and dime. Even recommended us to have someone repair or replace rafters on one side of our house, which I didn’t notice until now.

I used True Arbor for cleanup after the May 2024 storm. They were quick, efficient and thorough. They also removed a dead tree and ground the stump. Their pricing was reasonable and they showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I'm very satisfied and they will he m me first call in the future.

What a spectacular job the guys did on my tropical palms around my pool in Plano. I called inquiring about having the palms trimmed and Raul sent his team over in less than an hour to take care of my issue. Best company ever! Very pleased with the services Raul provided! I can say they are very professional and committed to what they do as a company. I can say that even though we had a rainy day they still made it and got the job done not minding the bad weather. I needed the work done ASAP as my tree was very old & making noises as if it was cracking down, and I was very concerned as we’ve been having very bad winds. True Arbor removed a 50’ tree with root rot near my house that was in danger of falling on my home. He walked me through the process for tree and stump removal. He was competitive on his bid price and followed through with oversight to ensure his team carefully removed the limbs without damage to a nearby Japanese Maple. In August a storm caused a large tree to fall in the backyard. Within 24 hours Raul was able to safely cut and remove the fallen tree and limbs, as well as grind the stump. The service was very professional, kind, responsive, and affordable.
