These guys are 100% professionals. I called their office and they were able to schedule me a free estimate on the same day. Their arborist Efrain came by and was able to talk to me about the details of removing my pine tree. He was very polite and passionate
when talking about the tree. The crew they sent out were very fast and cleanup was amazing. I recommend Live Oak to everyone! I am greatly satisfied.

These guys did a great job cleaning up and evening out our trees. They were very knowledgeable and were able to cut in a way that really lifted the one side that was heavy and hanging over our house. We will be using them again next time and highly recommend them.

Well I was looking for someone to cut my tree down as soon as possible because the trees were over the house and part of my driveway and causing damage to my roof and vehicles some told me to call live oak tree service and I did I couldn’t believe they came to my house within 45 minutes they gave me the cost I thought it will gonna be much higher so I told them to get it done I was thinking it would be a week or two before somebody came out to cut the tree down but o boy I was so wrong they pulled up to my house bout 5 to 4 guys got out the truck and went right to work and got the job done the same reason wow I was shocked and thankful all at the same time the guys did a outstanding job

Live Oak Tree service cut down a large oak tree and ground up the stump for us today. The work was done on time for the price quoted with no issues at all. They hauled off everything. We are very happy and recommend their services.

They did an excellent job with our tree trimming. From the start, they took the time to walk us through their process and made sure we felt completely comfortable with their approach. The crew was professional, thorough, and respectful of our property—leaving our yard just as clean as they found it. We truly couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with such a fantastic team!

I hate writing a bad review because the men who came out for the estimate were so kind. But this isn’t personal, it’s business. I was told by Live Oak that bugs breeched the bark causing soft spots and causing the bark to lift and fall off. We found roly polies in the crevices. Pesticides would take care of it. They were ready to make an appointment for a routine trimming and they were going to recommend a treatment/pesticide to apply to the soft spots.

These men were not certified arborists and when I called initially, I was told their arborists were in training.

Live Oak was the first of three estimates. The second two companies recommended removal due to heart rot. One was a certified arborist and one was not. The arborist discovered carpenter ants all around the base of the tree, which these ants only move in once decay has set in.

Nothing could be done. The structure of the tree was compromised and was dangerously close to my house.

One picture is the soft spot that raised the red flag. After removal, the cross sections show how advanced it was.

In the 25 years we have lived in our home, we have had a number of different tree service companies do work for us. I can honestly say that this is without a doubt the best and most professional tree service we have ever had. Their work ethic and dedication to excellence is impressive. They even exceeded my expectations. The crew left our lawn spotless after they finished trimming the trees. The owner even came by after they completed the job to inspect everything and to make sure we were happy. The lady I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment was very pleasant and friendly and provided great communication throughout the process. I had a good feeling about the company when I first called, and my intuition was on point. I can't say enough good things about this company. You can't go wrong with Live Oak Tree Service!

Live Oak Tree Service did a great job trimming my trees. I was worried about over-trimming after seeing some photos in other reviews, but I talked to them and showed what I wanted — they really listened. They kept the natural shape of my trees, removed just the right amount, and cleaned up so well it looked like they hadn’t even been there. Highly recommend!

Live Oak Tree Service was great. Leo and Yvette came by to give an estimate. It was so good and reasonable I signed immediately to have the tree in my back yard down. It was dying and had grown branches through my and my neighbors electric lines to the houses from the alley. Crew of 4 came out and took it down cleanly in 2 1/2 hrs. Finished the next morning in an 1 1/4. Quick and polite crew. I’m very pleased with th e total job. Thank you and God bless to Live Oak Tree Service.

Leo was great, amazing, willing to work with us. Trim the 2 trees in the front of our home and then setup another app to cut the 4 dead trees we had in our backyard. I usually don't post reviews, just don't have the time, but working with Live Oak Tree was so incredible, I am making time. We called them on a Monday morning, and we let them know it was urgent and needed to be completed that same day. They came with a game plan, told us precisely what they would do for our two live oak trees, and explained it in a professional and, more importantly, reasonable manner. I have grown weary of the nightmares from quote to reality, but in this case, they did exactly what they outlined and completed the job that same evening. The crew was delightful and efficient; you could tell they were very experienced—excellent, clean, and beautiful results. I wish I had a before and after.
