These guys came out when they said they would and sent a notification to confirm. That was a great first impression. Not only that, but they demonstrated the coating they applied and showed me how to maintain them between service interval cleanings. My windows look great! Thanks for taking great care of me, guys! BlueStar showed up on time, explained the process, were very thorough, and left our windows and home in better condition than how they found it. This was totally worth it as our windows have remained clean through a few storms and when our kids have smudged fingers, it has wiped away so easily. 10/10 recommend this service.

Rob and his team were incredibly professional as they completed the initial deep clean of our windows and sills. The house looks great and my wife is going to love cleaner windows and I am going to love saving money compared to my previois window washing company. The guys even treated our master bathroom shower glass for and both car windshields for free. Above and beyond what we paid for! Blue Star Window cleaning out of Longview, TX cleaned our windows and glass shower door. My windows are beautifully clean. After showering, my husband went to squeegee the glass, the squeegee was sliding right over the glass. It was so slick and repelling not just the water, but the squeegee also. My house has large beautiful windows that I love watching my children play through. However I don’t love cleaning them. Especially when those said children get mud, popsicle and chalk paint on them. I decided to test out BlueStar and was thankful they were able to schedule me within the week. After they finished cleaning there was an immediate noticeable difference. Externally the shine and literal softness to the touch was unbelievable. From inside the house looked 4 times brighter than before. It was incredible. And as expected within A DAY, my children had their little fruit covered hands and mouths on the glass. Who can blame them when it basically looks like a mirror with that reflection. When it came time to clean the windows, they literally just wiped clean. All I needed was water on a microfiber rag to make it shine like before. I was amazed. This service has literally changed my life as a mom. It makes me worry less about the small marks that don’t matter and allows me to focus on kissing the little strawberry monster on the other side of the sliding glass door. I’m already scheduling with Rob to have his team come back and treat my interior windows and glass showers. Thank you BlueStar!

I have used many carpet cleaners from Stanley steemer and other reputable companies but this company is by far one of the best I’ve experienced in a while! Thank you so much for your impeccable service on my tile floors and carpets they are amazing and the pet odors are even gone!! I would highly recommend this company!

Worst service. First thing he is not puntual. Kept me waiting for more than 4 hours.
I clearly mentioned it's 4 bedroom & Hall. The owner (little fat person) said the hall means just a path way. So he calculated the living room separately and demanded 30$ more,
after accepting 20$ more, he started the service. Very poor service. He completed in 35 minutes without cleaning the two closets and started asking for cash. before I come back from ATM he winded up and demanding more. The oder in the room didn't go even 5%, In short bad service.

I was referred to this company from one of my friends and I am so happy they did this company is amazing we call them out for hardwood floor cleaning my cleaning lady was using mop and glow on our floors for years Which led up to a build up of wax over time leaving my floors looking Dual and milky over time.
