To be really honest , they are nice & courteous ..

My couches were dirty & we acknowledge that but after seeing so many great reviews on different items we said these are the guys.

My one star is because …
After it all dried up we saw there was areas that are clearly dirty, didn’t get into the crevices & left some parts and sides literally untouched so they look like dark patches of dirt on the couches I’d say our couches were done but they gave them 65% life we are still waiting on that 35% to be completed as they return and finish the job they started. Or at least we hope !

After messaging multiple times we were told they would check their schedule, maybe once that changes i’ll change my review.

I needed carpet cleaning quickly before the holidays and Omar was ready to assist. He was very professional, courteous and fast without sacrificing quality. I would definitely recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs!

Omar did an amazing job on our carpet! I called him Friday night and he made himself available Saturday afternoon! Definitely will be using him again

I had Steam Pro Carpet Cleaning come out to clean the carpets in my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were professional, friendly, and very detail-oriented. The carpets look fantastic and the whole house feels so much cleaner. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

There are too many car repairs and they don't respect the parking spaces. How hard is it with those types of people? You can't rent in peace anymore.

Agreed on a date and price showed up in the morning and asked for more money. Either agree to do a job without seeing it or do what you agree to do. I would not recommend, she wasted a whole day out of our project.

Sonia has caused damage in my home either from being in a rush or not paying attention. She also brought her son's a few times that do not have experience cleaning and they both caused damage.

I have been trying to get this resolved amicably, however Sonia keeps arguing with me instead of trying to solve the problem.

I will update this review when more traction is made.

We have a large 16 ft Dr Wellness fiberglass Swim Spa. It developed a crack on delivery and several attempts were made to do a simple fix but none held for long. Finally we contacted Texas Fiberglass pools and they did a very professional job on repairing the foot long crack in the side of the spa and provided a 2 yr guarantee. We now exercise in the spa every evening.

Texas Fiberglass Pools found a leak in our pool plumbing and repaired it within a few days after identifying. The repair was with minimal disruption of the pool decking and it looks good as new.

This is the second time we have had Texas Fiberglass Pools refurbish and paint our pool. Both times they also repaired leaks in the piping. They are very professional and do quality work.

Oliver and his crews are excellent to work with. Unfortunatly my pool has given me many problems over the last few years and Oliver has been very patiant and helpful correcting problems that were left by other pool companies. I will not hesitate to refer others to TX FIBERGLASS POOLS. They are trustworthy and deliver a great product and most of all they do what they say they are going to do.

Everything was as promised in the resurfacing of my 32 year old fiberglass pool. They fixed two bulges and a couple of cracks around the lip of the pool, replaced missing ladder steps and added a railing at the stairs. Gabriel was a joy to work with. The crew was great. I'm so proud of my "brand new" pool!

Our 17 yr old pool needed resurfacing badly. Rocio came out to give us an estimate, and again for a final check when the job was finished. She was available when any questions arose during the process. She was a pleasure from start to finish. The gentlemen who did the work were prompt, efficient, and tidy. It's only been a few weeks, but so far we're quite happy with the job. Looking forward to many years of enjoying our pool again.

Wow what a great company! I had another company mess up my pool. Texas Fiberglass Pools came out and gave me an estimate. Told me what they would do, and did it on the schedule and time that they quoted. Awesome job, I highly recommend this company for your pool repairs!
