Had them out multiple times for pool cracks. Never fixed pool, complete waste of money!

After seeing his response, that's a lie. I have the contract that states ALL cracks will be fixed & the bulges on the side were cosmetic and never cracked. Issues only came from his shotty work. Still in contract and you never fixed the issues.

-Apply new non-skid to the top of the steps

I had an immediate response to my concerns, an appointment was made, and I received a quote the same day after technician came out to see our pool. A lot of knowledge from the technician and super helpful. We are in Wichita Falls, we were told by Premier Pools that no one would help us, yet this company did! So glad we got in touch with Texas Fiberglass!

We love our service with Texas Fiber Glass Pools. Our pool is so clear everyday, we enjoy watching the fountains. Our neighbors notice how clear the pool always stays. The maintenance comes each week on Mondays, empty the baskets, sweep the walls and floor, vacuum the floor of the pool. They add the chemicals each week. Its great we do not have to test or add chemicals. They check the equipment. And let us know of any problems that might need attention or repair. We had a pump that went out, but the good thing is Texas Fiberglass Pools gave us a bid. They took care of replacing the pump and had the pool back up and running. They take great care of pool for us.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated and how the resurfacing of my pool was completed. The presentation of the work was precise and clear as was the follow-up. Everything that was promised was delivered. The workmanship was excellent and maintenance directions were well explained. I would certainly recommend Texas Fiberglass Pools.

I had a large inground pool that had a liner. It was destroyed, and after calling numerous pool repair companies, Texas Fiberglass was out VERY quickly to give me a quote.
Yesterday they completed the pool restoration, and I must say, I didn't realize how nice it was going to look.

Worst Service -Totally Unprofessional, don't go with their rating .

I hired Texas Fiber Glass Pool people to fix my hot tub , because their Google rating was good . Oliver came and gave me quote f around $7000 to fix the spa. once they started the work, they start adding more money and ultimately ends up around $19000. First of all they didn't pull the permit. One of their totally unprofessional guy start working and install VAC alert at wrong place , when I pointed that issue then they fixed it . after one week they told me work is done and start asking money without even testing . when we tested and found that they didn't even install any jet body , Owner Oliver accepted that and agreed to redo everything again , second time they install wrong jet bodies. jets are not working and water was coming out of air pipe..

Totally unprofessional people .

This experience started with Gabriel who evaluated the cost and time involved with what needed to be done. We signed a contract that day.
His crew started work in three days. The work was done in 7 days. The pool and spa were re-fiberglassed and we also had plumbing problems to repair. The crew was wonderful and the yard was picked up and cleaned every day. The pool is filling as we speak, and the grandkids have discovered they can use the pool as a slide to the deep end during the process. We are really happy with this company and will call them again as needed.

They covered up a old pool that
was well built 50 Years ago. This

days was a lot larger than what
is used now days. They over came
all the problems they encountered
and did a great job. After they
Finished they packed the dirt in
the pool down and had enough
dirt to make surface appear like
the rest of the yard.

Tell me, do you enjoy paying a lot of money for something and not getting the absolute best experience? Me neither. Which is why Gabriel and his team are the absolute best. Let's face it...Pools are expensive. You need to make sure you're getting bang for your buck. Texas fiberglass pools does amazing quality work and their customer service is beyond comparison. At one point during this process, Gabriel showed up at my house at 7 am just to accommodate my work schedule. You cannot get better than these guys. Period.

I'm looking forward to continuing our partnership when we redo our entire patio and deck. Some good friends of ours had theirs redone by them, and it looks AMAZING. We had the fiberglass conversion, new pool equipment, tile work, and salt water conversion all done at once and we LOVE our pool now! You should've seen this wreck of a pool when we bought the house. Ugly 90s mosaic, broken plaster with structural cracks, you name it. Gabriel and his team transformed this thing from the black lagoon into a verifiable masterpiece.

Texas Fiberglass Pools made my 30+ year pool look like new again. The pool had to be leveled, bulges removed, resurfaced, new skimmer and many other repairs. The work started as soon as contract was signed and the crew arrived everyday until the job was complete. Everyone was nice and very professional. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for pool repairs or updates.

I was very impressed with Texas Fiberglass pools. Fiberglass pools are not as common in Texas as they are in Florida. I found most pool stores don't even have a recommended contractor. After doing some research I found there are four main contractors in the DFW area. I had Gabriel give us a quote a few years ago when we bought the house. I never got around to getting the pool redone until this past April. He came back out, gave us an updated quote. I had another quote from another company about the same price and a third quote that was much cheaper. I went with Texas Fiberglass pools because of their professionalism. Gabriel stayed in complete communication during the project. The workers showed up at 8am and left around 5pm, cleaning the site up everyday. We were delayed a couple days because the tile we ordered was not in stock locally. They expedited the shipping and had it ready in three days. I only wished I had them do the coping around the pool. I will have them back out this winter to complete that task. Highly recommend them.

Gabriel came out to give me an estimate for leaks in my pool. He was ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come earlier, which was perfect for me. He was extremely personable while being specific as to the problems he saw, as well as suggestions for rectification. We agreed on time-frame, cost and procedures to be completed. The day the work began, the crew got a great deal done. Day two, they hit a bump in the road...another leak! Oliver came and assessed the issue and updated
the estimate. Gabriel also came out that day. Although they were mot doing the repairs, they were still attentive and visible during the work being done. The work crew did an excellent job. My pool looks the best it has in 25 years. When they were finished, they cleaned my back yard so as though you never knew they were ever there! I passed the info along to my pool cleaning company in case they have other customers who need help with fiberglass pools. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Texas Fiberglass Pools!

The best solution for my cracking gunite pool in shifting Texas clay soil has been Texas Fiberglass Pools. Over the years I have had them do a complete resurface, skimmer replacement, pipe leak repair, and regrout. They to do the job right and their work holds up great. Their experienced crewes have always been fast and professional in every way.

My first project with Texas Fiberglass Pools was a few years ago. They replaced the cement for the deck, replaced the tile. Removed and put on a new fiberglass surface. The workers did a great job but were a little messy, nothing out of the normal. Oliver personally worked on the pool and checked in frequently with me on progress and satisfaction. We ran into problems with black cobalt dots showing up on the surface a couple years down the road. The pool was under warranty and Oliver graciously honored that warranty and resurfaced the fiberglass. This past year the surface began to show black dots again. Oliver once again honored his warranty and the pool looks beautiful and earned a 5 star review. Thank you TFP!

We needed a resurface on our pool. We called Texas Fiberglass Pools and Gabriel came out, listed to our needs, took measurements and we discussed the details of the work to be done. Before he left, we agreed on the scope of work and the cost. I considered the cost reasonable and the work was scheduled. He and his crews started work during the heat wave during which the temp hit 108. In spite of the heat, the crews worked taking water breaks as needed to continue work in the extreme heat. Gabriel and his crews did a great job. Our pool looks great and we asked for further help in conditioning the fill water. We are very satisfied with the attention, courtesy and work done by Gabriel and his crews. Also, Oliver, the owner visited with us to assure we were satisfied.
