Benham Rugs took great care of our 3 rugs which required cleaning and repairs. They were responsive and communicated well with each step. They gentlemen that picked up the rugs and delivered them to us were courteous and professional. They called to let me know they were en route. We were very pleased with the services we received.

Will definitely be using their services again. The emailed quote came quick and scheduling was easy. The two guys who picked up the rug were really friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property. When it was discovered I didn't have a wool rug but a machine made one, they readily lowered the estimate price. The rug looks brighter, cleaner and is soft. There were no residual cleaning or chemical odors lingering on the rug. I wish I had gotten it cleaned sooner!

The rugs were cleaned wonderfully! And the guys who brought them were really professional and worked with us to ensure they were placed evenly. They even moved our furniture to do so! Andre was so sweet and gave us a great price!

Three large wool Turkish/pakistani/Indian rugs, all very old and years of use. I could not believe my rugs when I got them back as the colors popped and were very vibrant. They were cleaned perfectly, they did not smell, and they look almost new again. The people who picked up and delivered my rugs were courteous and very friendly and I feel like I got a fairly good price for getting my rugs cleaned without the worry of them being destroyed, as I had another ‘rug cleaning’ company do to my other rugs. Andre and his crew did excellent work. They did polite work from start to finish caring for our Persian rug. The pick up and delivery were exactly as described and on time. The cleaning and repair of our carpet, revitalized it and brought out colors that we did not know we had. PICK UP AND DELIVER RUG

Easy to schedule via text, I was kept informed re pick up and arrival times, 2 friendly, helpful men came to move my furniture to collect and to return my rug. It took one week, rug is fresh, clean, dry. I would recommend and use again, thanks!

Andre of Behnam Rugs coordinated everything for the care of my five rugs of different sizes. He detailed every step and let me know the honest cost for the rugs ahead of time. The rugs were then expertly picked up from my home in Denton, taken to the Behnam store in Dallas, and cleaned and repaired. They then delivered them and they look--and are--gorgeous! They are my family's and mean a great deal to me. Behnam even cared for one part of a moth-bitten rug for free. Thank you Behnam rugs for your guidance and expert work!
