It was picked up and delivered on time and the men that brought it into the home took extra care in placing it. The service far exceeded our expectations!

They were very professional and made sure to get everything out back just right and made absolutely sure I was happy with everything. Very friendly also. I had just had surgery that morning and one of the guys even kept my dog on the leash for me. I’m recommending them to everyone I know!

I called Andre to help me with a red wine spill on a new light colored rug. I was devastated thinking the rug was ruined. Behnam Rugs did an outstanding cleaning job on our white and blue wool rug. Our son’s dog peed on it and they got the stain out. There was also a dirt spot that a different rug cleaning co couldn’t get out but Behnam did. Will definitely use them again!!!

Wonderful company to work with! They picked up our rug and dropped it off after it was cleaned. They cleaned some pretty bad water damage we had on the rug. Really appreciated the pictures and video after the cleaning and great communication from Andre. His employees were so nice and great to work with as well.
