To be really honest , they are nice & courteous ..

My couches were dirty & we acknowledge that but after seeing so many great reviews on different items we said these are the guys.

My one star is because …
After it all dried up we saw there was areas that are clearly dirty, didn’t get into the crevices & left some parts and sides literally untouched so they look like dark patches of dirt on the couches I’d say our couches were done but they gave them 65% life we are still waiting on that 35% to be completed as they return and finish the job they started. Or at least we hope !

After messaging multiple times we were told they would check their schedule, maybe once that changes i’ll change my review.

I needed carpet cleaning quickly before the holidays and Omar was ready to assist. He was very professional, courteous and fast without sacrificing quality. I would definitely recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs!

Omar did an amazing job on our carpet! I called him Friday night and he made himself available Saturday afternoon! Definitely will be using him again

I had Steam Pro Carpet Cleaning come out to clean the carpets in my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were professional, friendly, and very detail-oriented. The carpets look fantastic and the whole house feels so much cleaner. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

Omar service was awsome. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Omar arrived on time and was very friendly. My carpets look amazing; they're so clean and smell fresh. There are too many car repairs and they don't respect the parking spaces. How hard is it with those types of people? You can't rent in peace anymore.

Agreed on a date and price showed up in the morning and asked for more money. Either agree to do a job without seeing it or do what you agree to do. I would not recommend, she wasted a whole day out of our project.

Sonia has caused damage in my home either from being in a rush or not paying attention. She also brought her son's a few times that do not have experience cleaning and they both caused damage.

I have been trying to get this resolved amicably, however Sonia keeps arguing with me instead of trying to solve the problem.

I will update this review when more traction is made.

Very unprofessional. Website scheduling service is not up-to-date. Tried to schedule three times, before she finally told me over text, "I won't be cleaning anymore." All told, this was probably the most odd experience I've ever had with a service provider.

I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the staff over at KemTex. They were kind, professional, and knew exactly what they were talking about. My drapes came back looking amazing. The installers took their time making sure everything was put back exactly how I wanted. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve had this wonderful company clean my home several times, in fact, they are the only cleaning company I use. It’s wonderful to come home to a spotless home and not have to worry about a thing. Every one of the crew have been terrific and I highly recommend this company to all. 😁

I don’t ever leave a bad review unless it is worth saving a future customer from dissatisfaction with this company. Sorry this is long. If you want to be spared the details, just make sure you do a THOROUGH walk through of the post cleaning session to make sure nothing of yours is damaged! That’s the mistake I made and I own that lack of judgment. However I still think the owner should’ve at least compensated back the hefty tip I left. I only left a tip because I felt bad as the cleaners appeared older aged, spoke minimal if hardly any english and took them over 3 hours to finish the job.

I used Peachy Clean for a move out cleaning years ago and was pleased. I believe the owner may have cleaned our apartment. (So I called on this company for a deep cleaning recently and was hoping to move forward with regular cleanings as I’m getting ready to turn my property into a rental). Now that the company has probably grown in size, owner has not perfected QUALITY CONTROL with her hired help. Recently had a deep cleaning service of kitchen and bathrooms done 6/18/20. Contacted her day of cleaning to let her know that cleaners did not wipe down baseboards, owner addressed that right away so 👍 for owner. Employee immediately came up to me and told me she wasn’t done yet so that’s why baseboards weren’t done (I’m pretty certain this was a lie since she was caught not completing her work thoroughly). Also one of the cleaners was using her cell phone (on speaker) while working. Before cleaners left I only took a quick glance and trusted the rest of the job was done well since they knew I contacted the owner already. That evening I use my stovetop and noticed MAJOR scratches, contacted owner, she sounded concerned. She asked the cleaners what they used to clean and they told her soft sponge (duh of course they’ll tell you that, they don’t want to lose their job). The same evening I can barely open my freezer door, I believe it is frozen shut maybe due to water freezing in areas it shouldn’t be (drawer tracks). The cleaners had poured about a gallon of water in the freezer drawer I guess to wash it out??? I turned I blind eye when I saw that, I figured they knew what they were doing. I also chose not to bother the owner about this issue. Yesterday I noticed that my glass shower doors had MAJOR scratches as well! I’m livid at this point so I contact the owner and she asked her employees again and they deny again. I regret paying too early and before doing a thorough walk through post cleaning; lessons learned. Currently disputing charges with Paypal (that’s how wrong I think this issue was handled by the owner).

I read some of the other reviews last night and noticed that most of the poor reviews were from recent years rather than when company first started. Hopefully she will notice a pattern there. Hope this review helps a future customer to be more diligent than myself. Take care!
