Friend of mine recommended this service so I gave them a try. Owner is extremely personable and unlike other cleaning services didn’t make me feel like he was trying to make a quick buck at my expense for mediocre cleaning. Reasonable prices. I was very impressed with the level of cleaning they provided. Very professional. Our house was spotless and looked/felt amazing. They dusted in corners we completely forgot we even had! Look forward to using them again.

Great as always! Very sweet women who are busy, busy, busy. We just love them. They cleaned like never before.

The house looks fabulous, as usual!! Also, the ladies are quick and efficient. We really enjoy the little bits of art the ladies leave.

I am so impressed!! And when it comes to cleaning, I have never been impressed!! These ladies came in for the initial cleaning and cleaned EVERYTHING!! There was not an inch of fabric on my furniture that wasn’t vacuumed. They even cleaned the inside windows!! I give them a 10 out of 10. The highest I have gone in the past with other housekeepers was a 5 or a 6!! Hats off to people that know what to do and how to get it done!!

We’ve been using this service for about 6 months now. We’ve received a thorough, professional clean each time, and the cleaners have always been very kind and friendly. I really like the rotating deep clean schedule done my this company. The app is very easy to use for payment and tipping, and mgmt is very responsive via email when needed. We’ve loved the service!

Katie and Paula did a great job! Super thorough. I especially liked that it included changing the sheets on our primary king bed because the heavy mattress is getting too much for me to handle. The owners, Mohammed and Yasmine are very friendly and professional. Looking forward to a continuing relationship.

The ladies came for the first time today and overall they did a good job and left me with a "feel of a 4 STAR hotel " with the paper "artwork" throughout the house..you don't smell a lot of chemicals but my house is clean!! The bathrooms were much brighter!! Glass sparkles!! Furniture Shines! Another factor is the customer service ..I like the "checking in on their employees" as part of the customer service..I won't expect it all the time, but know that someone is possibly close by should a problem arise...

However, in my experience, it seems their priority is to finish as quickly as possible rather than ensuring a thorough cleaning. Some basic tasks that should be included in the service were overlooked.

They often mention that their staff is well trained and has been with the company for years, but when I pointed out missed areas with photos, the response was defensive instead of solution-oriented. I was also told that reminding them about small but essential details counted as requesting “extra services,” which was disappointing.

For context…a home with 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 powder room; the team of three completed the cleaning in about an hour. ($156.96 for every 2 weeks) 1,533 sf

Based on that timeframe, I’ll let others decide whether the service can truly be detailed and complete without missing anything, as they sell it
