Just bought home and the sellers provided us the Move-In Cleaning service through Reyes Cleaning. All we had to do was schedule. We scheduled for a couple of days after our closing. Maria and Nadia were the delightful pair that I met for the service. I left them alone and came back at the time they estimated they would finish. Right on time, they were finishing up the last details. It was an incredible cleaning job and we could not have been more pleased. I am doing some construction in the home now, but rest assured I will use them again once we get settled in after the remodel.

Horrible company!! Not only did they not come on the day they were scheduled, they supposedly deep cleaned my house and it looks the same as it did before. Cob webs and spiders in the corners, dirt on the shelves, stove still crusty and blades caked with dust. 0/10. Would never recommend them. Save your time and money. By the way these photos were right after they left.

Absolutely fantastic service!! I have used this service for several years, and it always exceeds my expectations! Franklin was my cleaning technician today, and he thoroughly deep cleaned every square inch of my apartment! He was friendly, efficient, and thorough! I am so impressed with the service I received that I will definitely continue using this service again! I was also excited to learn that they now offer even MORE services (handyman, domestic assistance, etc.)! I look forward to trying out those services very soon, as well! Luis is amazing guy who made my house look awesome.

Awesome, reliable, professional. I scheduled a large 3,000 sq. ft. residential sparkle clean for a pending lease listing. Marta and Brenda were the team, and they knocked it out. I am scheduling another project first of next week, after I put them in my phone directory.

They are supposed to do a deep clean on my house. They left my house without getting the job done. The blinds, floor, bath room are still pretty dirty. They used cheap chemical to clean my floor and the white powder/chemical stained on my wood floor, which I can not remove. The maids can’t speak English at all and it is very hard to communicate with issues occurs. The front desk promised to address these issues to the management team, but no solutions were provided at all. I will never use this company again.

Reyes maids was supposed to provide 3-4 maids to my home for a move out clean, one of the deepest cleans they offer. When let in the home a women and several children followed in. They were scheduled to arrive between 8-11 and didn’t call to notify about running late till 12. The windows were not cleaned, baseboards not thoroughly cleaned and oven was left dirty. When called and asked for clarification on the cleanliness the gentlemen on the phone assumed that we were not able to come to the home within 30 minutes but yet we were at the house the entire time in the garage. The maids did not offer a quality check as they are apparently supposed to per management. To top it off, they left their vacuum box trash on our door step. I’m really disappointed in the attention to detail for a professional maid service, I understand we all have our off days but this is just not at all what I expected for a professional deep cleaning service. They did offer to come back and finish the clean but I would have to be the one to contact their maid.

The BEST maid service in all of the Dallas area! Very organized with letting you know when they’ll arrive, they even give a tracker so you can see where they are and their ETA! They clean my apartment and do small miscellaneous things that I enjoy and appreciate so much. I really like Jackie, she is super responsive and helps me communicate with the team to get them up to my apartment.

I've included a bunch of pictures from the service I received today, but also a few from past services cause there were things I really appreciated and thought I should share. :)

I do weekly house keeping with them and here's some of the miscellaneous things they do that I don't expect but REALLY appreciate. It makes me feel like they put a lot of love into cleaning my apartment and I definitely can see it.

- They clean my dishes and load them into the dishwasher without me asking so I can start it after they have left.
- They fold all the blankets in my apartment and neatly stack them where they were left. Which is appreciated since some of my blankets are my dog's and I don't like them touching my clean blankets.
- They usually pick up my dogs scattered toys and neatly stack them in her toy basket.
- They clean my computer case's glass and my monitor screens which I really appreciate so so much! (I've included a video of my work at home office to show you how cozy they've made it!!)
- They neatly stacked my Olaf family this previous service which I found really funny and appreciated, haha.
- They make my bed and always folds the extra blankets and leave them there. I always feel super cozy getting into bed on the days they clean my apartment.
- They fold the clean towels I leave in my tub and I put them away after they leave.
- They also neatly place my makeup products after they've cleaned my bathroom counters.
- This previous time they STAMPED my toilet paper which was a super small but nice touch, it felt like I was unpacking a toilet paper roll from a hotel.

For what you’re paying it’s definitely worth it to have them come by once a week or even every other. I will be with them for a long time. :) Thank you so much!

So yesterday which this is not the first I use this company and not the first bad experience. For one the workers brought a baby to work with her which is against company rules and very dangerous to bring a toddler which working with cleaning products on top of that the service was horrible they didn’t clean anything but one bathroom my kitchen was still dirty they didn’t make the bed, they knocked pictures down out my bathroom, left trash on my dresser didn’t mop the bathroom it’s was HORRIBLE I called the company sent video and all they now have my number but want there money up front. I will now seek legal assistance and make sure that other customers never have to experience this sorry experience Customer service and cleaning is a 0 I will be disputing my charge so it’s fine I have all the pictures but why not make it right like u said u would not to mention my own customers purchased Valentine’s Day baskets that the kid tore apart and I want my money for that as well. The manager lied and said those cleaners first day was yesterday but she’s lying they were to comfortable doing that I will attach photos below

Dryer Vents services did an excellent job! Very professional, quick service, and my dryer is working much better now. Highly recommended!
