She came prepared, asked the right questions, and offered practical solutions that were easy to implement in real life. Her approach was both encouraging and professional, and she helped me view my space and routines in a way that felt manageable rather than overwhelming. I view home-work a lot better and I won’t forget it. I felt supported and clear after each session, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and effective professional organizer. I got rid of about 50 trash bags and an Old identity. 1000% recommend results are instant even virtually. Thank you again!

Hi! I had T2 Juana and Milena clean my condo for the first time today. They did a fantastic job. I am very picky about having a clean house but with these ladies cleaning I won't have to worry. They got the kitchen sink so clean even the stainer baskets in the drains so clean I think they brought me a new sink. I was very impressed that the supervisor came and followed up when they were almost done. Thanks for all the hard work T2 Juana and Milena. Have a good day.

T-1 came to our home to clean last week. They did an absolutely amazing job. They were extremely thorough in their too to bottom approach and made quick work of our home cleaning. This is the first time I have used Molly Maid. I have gone through small business owners or self employed cleaning services and the thoroughness of Molly Maid is fantastic! Everything is clean! The blinds, windowsills, ceiling fans, everything! They showed up when they said they would. I finally found a company that has exceeded my expectations!

We used Molly Maid for 2 years and are so glad we did. My husband and I both work full time jobs, and I attend school. Molly Maid helped us more than they know. Every room was cleaned thoroughly, they vacuumed, and left everything spotless. Once we get settled in our new apartment, we will definitely contact them again.

Ruth and Maria did an outstanding job cleaning our house. They were efficient and very organized. When they completed the job Ruth asked me if I wanted to look and see if the house was cleaned they way I wanted and it was! My house looks fantastic.

Getting established was painless. The communication and followup was superb. When the job was complete, the home sparkled with life.

Do not book with them. No accountability from local agents. No communication from actual person. Do not trust the booking system. I received communication via two methods: email and text messages that my booking was confirmed. However they were a no show. I repeatedly tried calling a number of times and emailing about the no show and to please call or email me back with no response from the company. I called again 2 business days after the no show to figure out what happened and got an answering service that could not help. I finally was able to talk to a local agent that stated I did not supply information and the request was pending. The local agent said that they did receive my email about the no show but did not respond and cancelled my request. All of the texts that I had received were that my appointment was confirmed and someone will be performing the service the next day. I wish they could stand by their “make it right promise” and be accountable for their error in the booking process. I wish I could have rated Molly Maid on their service unfortunately they failed in completing the job. I have used someone else to clean that was able to satisfy my needs and recommend you do the same.
