Literally stole my money. $185.50 Had a cleaning scheduled and they never showed up. I called and asked for a refund and they agreed. They never refunded me after multiple follow up attempts to contact them. I disputed the charge with my credit card and THEY GAVE CITIBANK FAKE PHOTOS OF SOMEONE ELSE'S CLEAN APARTMENT and claimed that they did clean my house. They are liars and thieves. Do not trust them with your business!!!

Really good service and on-time arrival as promised. The service personnel went through start and end check to make sure everything is covered..Also, a shout out to Customer service representative who went above and beyond to book the appointment. I am glad I found Texas Cleaning Services. I definitely recommend it.

You’re expecting high from the telephone conversation such that they are presenting themselves perfect professionals. Once it comes to the service you got it is poor and not worth the such high amounts.They came total two ladies (one of them was too young) total 2 hours 15 minutes of work for 3600 sqft home.They dont have ladder to reach high points. They left high parts were dusty.Windows from inside were in the agreement but they ignored most of them. My wife hired another lady after they did clean. They asked pictures and i shared them. So they have totally average quality. dont expect 5 star services absolutely. I put 2 star but may be 3 is fair. To whom it may concern

I paid $400 to get my house cleaned for my move out inspection. When I went to grab my last few things from the house, I walked inside and nothing had been cleaned. I demanded a refund through email and they said it would be processed in 5-10 days. After following up twice, they blocked me and I never got my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are a scam!!!

Martha is the best! She did a great job making sure every area of my apartment was shiny. She really did wonderful work and is super efficient. Highly recommend her and also Texas Cleaning Services!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Their staff is incompetent, rude and disrespectful. And the Manager Adam does not respond to calls or e-mails. He is also not helpful in any way and I found him to be a liar. He lied to me about giving me a full refund. I’m now disputing the charges with my bank for a second time. He lied and told the bank that I did not contact them in a promptly manner even though I started calling, texting and e-mailing them pictures and complaints the same day of the cleaning. I have now provided all the proof to the bank.
I hired Texas Cleaning Services to clean my rental house prior to me moving in because my home is being remodeled. I expected a deep cleaning for the price of $350. It’s a small home, 2 bedroom and one bathroom. A woman arrived with two young kids wearing their pants below their underwear. I did not judge and went about my business. While they cleaned the house, I went to the gym around the corner and told her I would be right back. She was probably there about an hour and a half or less. She left without allowing me to do a walk through of the home, as I was told I was going to do. When I came back home, I started seeing areas that were not cleaned properly all over the home. Very obvious areas! The mantle above the fireplace, the windows, the bathroom shelves, the sink, the bath tub. None of the surfaces were wiped down. The kitchen was barely swept. It was a horrible job! I was livid. I had to get on my knees and scrub the bathtub myself. I ended having to clean a house in the middle of a move and when I tried to contact the manager, it took him 4 days to respond with an e-mail offering me another cleaning. Thereafter it took him 6 days to contact me again despite several calls, texts and e-mails.
The woman that cleaned my home, Sade, was rude and disrespectful. She left without allowing me to do a walk through, as agreed upon. When I got home and saw the horrible job she had done I called her and texted her and she refused to come back and do the job I had paid the company to do. She told me to call the company which I did, immediately! I was told that they were booked and they could not come back until the following week. I told them it was unacceptable because I needed the house cleaned prior to me moving in. I contacted them several times over the weekend demanding my money back. I sent pictures, e-mails and I did not get a response from the manager until days later. I have all texts and e-mails.
Using this company was a horrible experience! I have spent numerous hours trying to contact them. Their customer service is the worst and they hire people off the street that do not want to work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DID!!

Very friendly and arrived on time. Didn’t speak very good English so that was kind of hard to navigate. Did an ok job with the cleaning. Noticed several areas were missed: bathroom floor, microwave, dust bunnies under furniture. There was no prior consultation to discuss what was requested or required. Over all it was a satisfactory job. She was very kind and sweet though.

This team went above and beyond. Both of these women were professional and worked very hard. They very top notch and I would highly recommend them.

Update: We requested a refund since the cleaners never showed up. After never receiving the refund, we submitted a claim with our credit card company. They SENT PICTURES OF SOMEONE ELSE’S CLEAN APARTMENT TO THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I am shocked. We are looking at filing a police report for fraud.

We scheduled a cleaning service for 10am on Sunday. Waited over two hours and no one reached out. Had to call the office and they couldn’t even tell us if the cleaners were coming or not. No one ever showed up even though we had multiple confirmations and had already paid for the service. Choose somewhere else if you actually want your home cleaned.

Daylin was great, she took great care of the house and cleaning service offered was really good. Highly recommend her

Update: Jacob called and heard my concerns. He offered a 50% refund due to the issues. I appreciate that effort to make it right.

won't be using this service again. I paid $366 for a deep clean for my 3 bed 4 bath home prior to a bridal shower I was hosting. They sent 1 lady which I was already skeptical for that size house. I've always had at least 2. She was there 3 hours and did a good job on my bathrooms but none of my furniture was dusted or vacuumed as promised. My entire living room had not been touched which is obviously the main place I was hosting. I have a dog and this the importance of getting the furniture vacuumed and why I paid for the deep clean. I had to go back and clean the entire living room and den from top to bottom. Vacuuming rugs/couches, dusting furniture and wiping down tables/mirrors. When I reached out to customer service, they asked for pictures. Well I had already cleaned it all myself because the shower was in a couple hours so I didn't have any of the main issues. I hadn't had the time to reclean the bedroom or office furniture so I was able to send pictures of that only. They refunded me $100 which is ok but honestly, $266 is entirely too much to clean 3 bathrooms. I've never had a more disappointing deep cleaning.

I thought I did my research before hiring Texas Cleaning Service. I paid almost $400 for a deep cleaning.
I came home and the house smelled good and looked clean. The more I walked the house the more I realized they didn’t complete the job. For instance, they didn’t sweep and mop the guest bathroom, didn't sweep behind the toilet in the half restroom, didn’t finish dusting and cleaning baseboards in master bedroom, dusting looked like it was done with a feather duster because the furniture was still dirty. They failed to clean the glass front door. My house was very dusty and needed serious cleaning. I was surprised the left after 3 1/2 hours. I was disappointed in the outcome. I’ve tried contacting them on 3 occasions with no response.

They were here for so many hours and were extremely thorough. My house has never been so clean. Not one smudge on my white walls with flat paint. My glass staircase is spotless.
