I am very picky when to cleaning my home. I was too busy in preparation of hosting Thanksgiving to 20 people I needed help to make sure my home was sparkling clean!! Texas Cleaning Services provided the perfect help for my situation with a short notice. I would strongly refer them to anyone for their home or office cleaning!

They were super nice and efficient. They did a great job.

Fernando came out to clean our area rug. He arrived as scheduled and went right to work. He did a very professional job of cleaning our rug which hadn’t been cleaned for 20 years (since we purchased it!).

It was our first time hiring for house cleaning and we are glad we went with Texas Cleaning Services. Maribel provided exceptional services and even gave our cats some love while she was here.

I called Texas Cleaning Services for a move-out clean and they scheduled me promptly. The quote was for $275+taxes. I find that a fair price for the market but only one cleaner showed up on the day of cleaning. The gentleman on the phone let me know drawers and cabinets were included in the move-out clean. I don’t think this was clearly communicated to the cleaning lady, Betty, that showed up. I let the phone operator and the cleaning lady know that I had pictures scheduled later in the day so it needed to be sparkling.

When I returned to my house, I found all the shelves, drawers and cabinets untouched. There were multiple pools of water or cleaning solution remaining on the floor and particles remaining in the floor. I was left to clean these areas on my own after I paid $300+ for the service.

I contacted the service to get some feedback and hopefully a refund or correction. It has been more than 24 hours and no one has called me back.

This has been the worst cleaning service and possibly the worst service experience I have ever been a part of. Do yourself a favor and use a different cleaning service. Texas Cleaning Service doesn’t care about your satisfaction. They just want your money.

Had our first cleaning last week. Irma did a thorough job cleaning, and was warm and professional. The cost was very reasonable for the size of the job, and scheduling online couldn't have been smoother. When something came up, I called to reschedule, and the person on the other end was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Will use again!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I’ve only used “local” people or referrals for house cleaning. First of all, the company/customer service/communication was fantastic!! They responded quickly and were so helpful and easy to work with. That immediately impressed me. Veronica G., the gal who did my cleaning, was prompt, efficient, and very thorough. She worked hard, communicated easily, and paid attention to detail. Everything smelled and looked amazing when she was done. I hope she will be the one who comes in the future. Well done! (I will say that the price was more than I normally would spend; however, after seeing the work that was done, I feel that the job was worthy of the greater cost.)
