I had a moving clean out and the job done was Awesome! I even got my security deposit back. My landlord said no one has ever left an apartment so clean and sparkling. I highly recommend Rover Cleaning Services.

We used Rover House Cleaning services today. We did not know what to expect, but after the House Cleaning service cleaners left, we were extremely pleased with the entire process and their workmanship.
They definitely exceeded our expectations.
We will continue using Rover House Cleaning services as we are very happy with the process, price and the performance of the Rover House service cleaners.

Amazing service from start to finish. The place looked spotless and very well cared for. Naomi did a great job and was very thorough. Would definitely recommend and signed up for reoccurring services!

I booked a move-in clean and, overall, the experience was positive. The two cleaners arrived promptly at 9:15 AM, brought all their own supplies, and were very friendly. However, I expected a bit more attention to detail given the price point. I found myself needing to inspect every room, as several spots were missed. It felt like there was a mismatch in quality between the two cleaners; while one was very thorough, the other seemed to focus only on the basics.

Shenica was AMAZING!! Super sweet and wow is she thorough!! Looked like it looked when I first moved in there! Actually, it looked BETTER! Would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a cleaner!! I would 100% use Rover Cleaners again!! Thank you!

Naomie and her partner from Rover Cleaner did an excellent job with the deep cleaning. They were thorough, efficient, and clear in their communication. The space looks fantastic, and their professionalism made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend their services!

Additionally, the administrative team of Rovers cleaners were excellent with their communication regarding booking, pricing, arrival, departure, reminders etc via text. I’m glad I took a chance on Rover Cleaners based on a random Facebook ad.

I’ve been looking for a reliable, fairly priced cleaner for FOREVER. I had a lady I worked with 1:1 but she eventually moved on to pursue art and art instruction full time (icon).

I tried homeaglow several times and even though it was reasonably priced, the cleans were really inconsistent and the people who did them didn’t seem like they were professional.

Then I worked with Dallas Maids for several months and even though they did a fine job, they were INCREDIBLY expensive, almost double what I was paying my lady 1:1. They also didn’t organize countertop items which kind of bugged me considering how expensive they were.

Rover has so far been very easy to work with, incredibly responsive, and appropriately priced. Kenia cleaned my house today and she did an amazing job and also had really nice energy. ❤️

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Customer service is quick and responsive. But they do not have qualified people.
I scheduled simple/basic cleaning (no blinds/no baseboards). The first maid only did basic sweeping. No vacuum and no swifter (I provided).

I sent customer service pictures of what wasn’t done. They rescheduled a follow up. I asked for someone with experience.

Chandra showed up I was polite and specific…. Sweep/clean floors and vacuum carpets in bedroom. Clean countertops. Take off smudges of frig. She stayed @ 1 hour and turned my AC down to 60…..and left….none of those things were done.

See before and after photos below. I want to support a small business and I know it’s undesirable work. But $140 and I have to go back and clean it myself is a waste of money.

I needed a full deep clean fast and CWM did an outstanding job.

Mayra did a fantastic job. Our place hadn’t seen a proper cleaning in months and with the adoption of our dog, we were really needing this clean. Mayra cleaned everything top to bottom and left the whole place spotless

We used Uptown Cleaning for our 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Dallas for over two years (until we moved to another city several hours away). The service is easy to book, reliable, and very flexible. We booked recurring service and could easily switch from every two weeks to monthly as needed without issue. The entire team of cleaners have wonderful attention to detail and are impeccable professionals. We also have a pet rabbit who is constantly shedding and the cleaners always did a great job vacuuming couches, chairs, carpets etc and never missed any floof :) We recommend Uptown Cleaning to all Dallas residents!

I’m on my third cleaning from Uptown cleaners. They’re good although today I had Wendy and she was Very good. She did a very thorough job. Her little touches on how she arranges the pillows on the couch and all those little things really add up.

New to Dallas, I had no idea who to contact to clean my new home prior to move in. I found Uptown Cleaning via a few recommendations online and booked the reservation.

Uptown Cleaning contacted me right away to confirm details and worked with me to find a time that worked best for the both of us. They would check in periodically to reconfirm the appt and express happiness that I chose Uptown to do the job.

Virginia showed up 5 min early and greeted me, went over any details about the home and then loaded her equipment in and went to work. She thoroughly (and I mean thoroughly!) cleaned every inch of my 2500 square foot home in about 4 hours (no furniture in the space so it was wide open for a deep clean) prior to my move in. It’s the cleanest I’ve ever had a house be cleaned in my adult life!

HUGE recommendation to Uptown, I will definitely use them again after move in, as they were such a pleasure to work with.

I booked a one-time deep clean before hosting a big family event. The team was efficient, thorough, and left the whole house sparkling. They even wiped down the baseboards and light switches. Took all the stress away.
