This company is an absolute scam. Do not believe any reviews you read. I'm extremely reliant on reviews so I decided to move forward based off what I read. A technician arrived to my house and convinced me that the rug needed an advanced type of service that would be $100 dollars extra. He confirmed it would remove all stains & look brand "new". The tech said if they need to come back & re-do it, just give them a call.

The rug looks worse than it did before, looks like it made the stains even more apparent to the eye. Every time we call to simply explain our experience & ask for the technician to come back out, we get laughed at over the phone & extremely unprofessional service. They will say a manager will call us back but it has been a month now, we frequently follow up & nothing. Also, it is a red flag that they have no email address to call them. I think they have a system that sends your first phone call to the owner & then all following calls are forwarded to a answering service. The first guy I talked to was very nice & seemed reliable, ever since then it's been a disaster.
