After the initial visit, there were still some stains left in a few spots. I appreciated that the company reached out to me and sent Wyatt back to re-clean those areas, and now all the stains are completely gone. Their attention to customer satisfaction really stood out to me. This time, I had the stairs, master bedroom, and family room cleaned. The technician explained their pricing clearly—charging by the square foot and per stair—which helped me understand the cost. The cleaning was done efficiently, and the carpets in all the rooms look much better, even though they are nearly a decade old. The tough stains from food spills in the family room are now gone, which made a big difference. A few years ago, I also used their services for a serious cat odor problem. Wyatt was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process. He recommended a good enzyme cleaner for pet smells and gave tips on sealing the subfloor and baseboards before replacing the old carpet. Thanks to their advice and thorough cleaning, the pet odor has never returned. Overall, I am happy with the results. The team is reliable, knowledgeable, and they make sure the job is done right, even in the Texas heat. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their carpet cleaning services again.

WOW! What an experience. Eric provided a very detailed proposal of what the services will include. We also signed up to have our floors striped and re-waxed. That went horribly wrong. The person assigned to do the job created chaos. The floors were horrible, worse than before. We moved our furniture and computer equipment for this to be done. Eric agreed this was horrible and vowed to make it right the following weekend. That went even worse. I was put in a situation where my office was tore apart for the second weekend in a row. Lots of time and labor went into this 2 weekends from my crew. I ended up having to roll up my sleeves and do the floors myself in order to have my place back together to conduct business Monday morning. Please see the labeled attached pictures.

We come in and our offices are clean. We feel comfortable they are doing a great job ensuring we are sanitized especially during this Covid19 pandemic we are faced with. THANK YOU STRATEGIC!!! So I wrote a review for Strategic 4 years ago. I'm sad to have to write another review that's not so good. Strategic was and I emphasize on the was a great company then. I'm not sure what happened to the level of professionalism that failed over the course of a year. They did send out a different cleaning crew that was good for about a month then it was like they were non existent. I complained and they said they would address it it would be ok for a couple of cleanings and then we come in and the base of the toilets were AWFUL the light switch plates were AWFUL! Desks were not wiped down even though they were cleared. About the only thing that was done was the garbage was taken out. I complained so they send another cleaning crew that was great. Now why can't that level of professionalism be present ALL the time. We had been with Strategic since 2018 and it's ashame that they didn't take it serious enough when a good customer wasn't happy and had to express this many times until it got to much to deal with and they go elsewhere. We're not just talking one individual that cleanliness affects it's an office full! In all reality when pictures were sent of the poor service the head of operations should have been here that day to see for themselves how gross things were! I'm not one to write bad reviews often but when it comes to the health and wellness of our staff then it becomes a big deal.

They had the best price in our area, the work performed is incredible, and the employees are professional, friendly, and very quick to respond. We look forward to doing business with this company, and our very happy with our decision to partner with them.

WOW! I cannot say enough great things about Strategic Janitorial! They are always making sure I am happy with the cleaning, they are friendly, helpful, and if I am late on paying, they don't charge any fees. If you need Janitorial work, Strategic is who you need to call!

Wonderful people. Our clinic always smells great in the morning! The staff went above and beyond when our clinic flooded and I needed someone I trusted to make sure everything was ready to reopen Monday and they came through! So thankful for their great service and willingness to step up when we need them!

During periods of extreme weather, Hayden Pools goes through great effort to inform and prepare customers for such events. My pool technician Chris who I have the pleasure of servicing our pool since 2018 has been extremely loyal and professional not to mention a great guy.
