Sheila is absolutely fantastic and trustworthy. Her company, Brazilian Cleaning Services, always does a wonderful job. She has been cleaning for us for over 10 years. It is a wonderful cleaning service, and we highly recommend them.

Sheila and her crew do an excellent job cleaning my home. They tidy up all my clutter which I appreciate so much—along with making it all clean and disinfected! And they are extremely reliable. I have used their services for several years and have never been disappointed.

I called to get some pricing for carpet cleans and the gentlemen that answered was horrible, made it seem like I was trying to "beat him up on his pricing" when I was simply trying to find a vendor for a reasonable price to clean our vacant homes getting ready for the next tenant. Apparently this company only wants to clean carpets in "high end homes" . I would recommend calling a company with better customer service.

I’ve used this company for 8 years and three different houses in two cities. I would not use anyone but them. I will never use anyone again who wets carpet to “clean” it. Highly professional with superb results. Excellence in all areas!

Tremendous service and results! Some of the stains that were removed had been in my carpet for years and they all came out. He also stretched my carpet as it was buckling in several places and it turned out great. It looks brand new! Will definitely use them again!

Fernando exceeded expectations. He was honest and affordable for such a quality product. I really love that the carpet was dry when he left! I would highly recommend his services!

I had an appointment set with them and they never showed up. I called 5 times and each time all I got was,
"Cleaning services, please hold!"
I held for 5 mins each time and never got a person on the line till the 6th try. Finally someone answered, I addressed my concern and was asked for my phone# to look up appointment, then was asked to hold again ....If you're THAT busy, maybe hire some help and not loose business like you just did with me. Bad customer service!! So at this point I will look for another carpet service.

We've used Fernando for years! He is easy to communicate with and always does a great job with our carpets.

After using several carpet cleaning companies, I thought, there was no hope. A friend had used EcoSafe and was complimenting on how good they were. They showed up, professional, and on time. Yeah!! They got to work and I have to say my carpets look new again. Its been 2 weeks, and just like they said, no spots came back. I like their dry, chemical free method. (no more wet smelly carpet) The carpet looks good and the house smells fresh again.
Use them, a small company that does amazing work. I will be using them Again.

We were recommended Fernando by family members who have used him several times in the past.

We had a mildew smell in one room on our carpets. Fernando came out, inspected it and even looked underneath the carpet to see if there was water somewhere.

He then cleaned the carpet and did a very thorough job. I tried cleaning the carpet myself with a Bissell Big Green Machine rental prior to hiring Fernando to much worse results. Some things are worth paying professionals for, and carpet cleaning is one of those.

Fernando is very nice, a family man, and does a great job. I would recommend him to anyone.
