We’ve had carpet cleaners before, but never one who offered the outstanding service we received from Fernando of EcoSafe Dry Carpet Care. Not only did he leave our carpet looking almost like new but he removed pet stains that were left behind by the other carpet cleaners. Also, we had a corner of our carpet that was pulled away from the carpet tacks and Fernando repaired it before beginning the cleaning process. We highly recommend EcoSafe and consider Fernando and team the best of the best. We’ll be sure to call them next time for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

We are an eco-friendly coworking space and had to find a non-toxic cleaner for over 15 area rugs. I have used Fernando and Eco Carpet for all my floor cleaning needs: carpet, marble and tile, for over 20 years. I have numerous antique oriental area rugs that are dyed using vegetable dyes and as such are not colorfast. Fernando’s proprietary dry cleaning technique is ideal for these valuable antiques. I cannot recommend him enough.

Fernando and Alex did a great job cleaning our carpet and helping stretch out different areas as needed. They worked hard on difficult stair areas and helped patch up a few holes as well. Would highly recommend them for a cleaning especially if you have animals. My allergies were already feeling better that night after they cleaned our carpets!

Fernando and EcoSafe Dry Carpet Care is EXCELLENT! I have an area rug that I absolutely love, but over time foot traffic and a naughty pet have caused stains and general grime. To replace the rug was not an option, so I learned about Fernando and sent a message through the website. He texted me within an hour and subsequently worked me in for the next day. He arrived early, was professional and very courteous, assessing the condition of the rug quickly. He got to work and less than an hour later, my rug looked like new! The products he uses dry very quickly, so within 1-2 hours, I was able to move furniture back into place. Also, his fees are extremely reasonable! I highly recommend Fernando and EcoSafe. Wouldn't even consider using anyone else from this point on.

Fernando did an exceptional job making my carpets look brand new! He was easy to communicate with and returned calls promptly. He took the time to come to my house, explain the cleaning process, and give me an estimate. He even followed up the next day to make sure the cleaning met my expectations. The owner Fernando is a freaking nightmare from hell. Very rude & yelled at me and gave me ultimatums because he didn’t get his way . Pretty sure he was drunk. Definitely not the type of man or business you’d want in your home to clean your carpet.

He communicates expertly, letting you know when he will be there, attention to detail in his cleaning regimen and even glued in the fringe detail on one of my rugs that was coming loose without being asked. My first ever review below 3 stars - of any kind, on any platform or site. This experience was so bad I had to add this review in hopes that others would read it and avoid this company. I would give them zero stars of I could.

We hired this company for a carpet stretching service and HVAC/Dryer vent cleaning…

Problem One - We had one of their techs visit our house to provide an estimate for both. We received a written estimate from the tech and a couple of days later I called to make the appointment for the service. Initially, I was confused but not overly concerned as the person on the call stated a slightly different (LOWER) price. The same tech (and additional tech) arrived on our scheduled day and completed the service. Upon completion, the tech first presented a bill the services, which was about $200 more than the original quote provided by him at the initial visit. He also presented me with a second bill, this time on one of those little handwritten invoices, for an additional $380 for their labor to move furniture in the house to allow the carpet stretching. He also insisted I pay it using Zella to some other company I had never heard of (Brothers Flooring & More, LLC). This was clearly a scam, so I refused to pay it - which initiated an argument that lasted about 5 minutes. Both the techs started getting belligerent so I finally paid it just to get them out of my house. I ended up paying a total of about $430 more than the original quote.

Problem Two - Everywhere they pulled back the carpet to stretch it, you can see the seams clearly. Not only that, but they decided to cut new seams in the carpet to allow the stretching...they all look bad and are noticeable from across the room. When I pointed that out to the techs, they told me the quality of the carpet was the problem and tried to this is normal for carpet stretching. To be clear, the seams were not visible before Kiwi Services showed up. The wrinkles that were there may have actually been better.

Problem Three - They left the entire house a mess. They did some basic vacuuming in the open areas so we did not notice right away. But when we looked behind the furniture they had moved back, we found they had swept all the carpet trimmings, ventilation dust bunnies, and other dirt so that the furniture they moved back would cover it up. After reluctantly paying them all that money for "furniture moving", we ended up spending the entire next day moving the furniture out and cleaning/vacuuming everything ourselves, and moving the furniture back again.

Problem Four - During the day of cleaning up behind them, we found a broken piece of blown glass art work in our son’s bedroom that he had bought while on a vacation. I know what you are thinking - my son could have broken. Not likely since he no longer lives with us and no one had been in his room for nearly a year. Besides, the pieces of glass had been swept under a piece of furniture along with carpet trimmings in nice pile together.

I used Kiwi Services to Clean my rug made of wool and natural die. Int came out very clean with no fading or colors bleeding.
